1.Missing part & no humans to talk to
1. Not clear that item is being delivered from Spain - takes much longer than you would expect.
2. Item (bike multitool) arrived with a piece missing ( a 3mm allen key ).
3. I contacted when I realised a piece was missing , received back a reply which includes you needed to take photos ( x6) of item and packaging - I had already disposed of the packaging therefore not able to submit all that they want.
4. Problems/complaints are all through a chatbot or email - no phone number to call or humans to speak too .
So I'm not hopeful of any action being taken - I would not buy from again . Find a local store , might be a little more expensive , but at least you'll have some way of following up if anything goes wrong!

I could easely find my specific products, one of the product required a specific size, which also was availeble at your store. Price was good, and it all where shipped quick to my Pick up point. Even the payment proceedure was smooth.

The never deliver on anything
The never deliver on anything. This is such a scam website. Nothing is ever in stock even though they say it is when you purchase. They have it in different distribution centers, so you have to wait and hope that they can collect your order and process it. In reality this never happens!!! I have never had a a successful order from bikeinn, or any tradeinn website. You always have to edit your order and remove items if you actually want any part of your order to be delivered. This means you then need to shop again and pay additional shipping fees from other places. Absolute scam, I can't believe this company is allowed to operate in the EU. They should be shut down. I order something 2 weeks ago, already had to remove items as they then said a week later they couldn't get the products, then another week later more items get delayed. Absolutely pathetic.

Unreliable delivery
Very unreliable delivery to the customer. Some unknown person received and signed my order, probably in Germany and I live in Finland. After many messages I was left without my order, I got all my money back. It took almost 5 weeks for all this. A sad experience. good products and prices. In my previous order the delivery time also extended a little. Will I order from here again? I really don't know.

Unfortunately the delivery not.
Little boxes, size of a small matchbox, were delivered in a gigantic box wrapped in plastic. Far from sustainable. It should have fitted in a envelope in my mailbox.

Didn’t get delivered
When ordering I fully filled out all the shipping information, then it was printed onto the shipping label without a line, this caused the parcel to not arrive. The estimated delivery date was the 1st to the 6th of April. It is now the 9th and I have received an email from royal mail saying the parcel is being returned to sender due to an insufficient address. Not sure how it took this long for the issue to come up after making it from Spain to the uk going through multiple customs and many other points along the way.
