I ordered products on April 24, 2026, which were supposedly shipped via GLS on April 29, 2026. Since then, the package has traveled from Spain to Germany, then to Ireland, and now it is back in Germany again, while I have been waiting for it in Hungary for weeks...
No matter how many complaints I send to customer service, I only receive template replies generated by artificial intelligence. This is already the second time something like this has happened to me with Bikeinn, and it was the last time.
There have been countless deliveries taking weeks or even months, inadequate communication, and the complaint handling simply does not work at all. Unfortunately, this is what characterizes them.

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the Nike Superrep Cycle 2 Next Nature shoes in UK size 4 as listed on their website. They sent EU 36½ — approximately UK 3.5 — a completely different size.
I contacted customer services and had to submit six photographs to evidence the issue. Despite this, they repeatedly insisted the correct item had been sent and refused to take any responsibility. Every single response was a copy-paste of the same reply — it is clear no one actually read my messages or looked at the evidence provided.
Their contact system is not fit for purpose. There is no way to speak to anyone who will genuinely investigate your complaint. I have never encountered such a dismissive and unhelpful customer service process in my life.
I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Do not order from BikeINN if you expect to receive what you paid for, or any meaningful help if something goes wrong.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a Bottom Bracket and single speed sprocket for a bike restauration for my sons birthday. Specifically selected these, as they showed in stock and fast delivery. In the end, items were not in stock and weeks of delay. Will never order again, as it is not reliable.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wrongly sent me three items when I asked that two be cancelled before dispatch. They then required me to pay for the return. They have still - despite three prompts - not confirmed whether they will cover the cost of the returns.

Do not order from this webshop!!! They charged me a higher amount than the order TOTAL amount was when I placed the order. Scammers!!! Although they confirmed that it was their fault and they will refund the price within 7 days, I have not received a refund yet and no response from them after several reminder.

The delivery was longer than expected, and when asking about the quality of the product after my purchase I didn't get a reply. There was no option on there site to ask this specific question, so had to use another option.The product was as described though and was the cheapest I could find at the time of looking. Just don't expect a person to answer any of your questions.

Incorrect item sent, but no free return
I ordered some socks, but the socks I got are of the wrong size (even though the label is correct). I sent them a picture showing the product doesn't match, but they insist I need to pay for the return myself.

They lie about the stock. They lie about the delivery time. When it has expired, they lie again. If you ask them, they don't even give an approximate time. They deleted the inconvenient comment.
I gave up on the order and lost the amount related to the currency exchange commissions. The product costs about 1700 euros.
I do not recommend bikeinn.com even for smaller amounts! Disappointing!
