If I could rate this company 0, I would.
Where do I begin.
Incompetent, RUDE, Unhelpful, Liers and Unlawful.
They advertise up to 37% discount of Gross Purchase price of bike.
After taking out the bike, not really reading too much into the details, assuming that (UP TO a) 37% discount would be made.
I then leave the company but EVEN IF I HAD STAYED, the amount you end up paying is between 15-30% MORE than what you would of paid WITH or WITHOUT Insurance.
I've asked multiple times where exactly my saving is... I've been given incorrect numbers EVERYTIME and they fob you off with some statement with numbers that don't even add up. I've asked how they even got to those numbers, and they don't answer with an answer that makes any sense. I've worked it out so many ways, and everytime it's STILL more than what you would of paid if you walked into a shop to get it. WITH or WITHOUT INSURANCE.
Then you try to discuss it with them and the staff just do not read your question and STILL cannot answer a basic question. The only simple question I am asking is /// WHERE IS MY 37% SAVING?
If the gross purchase price of a bike is 9000 EUR.
How do I end up paying 13000 EUR with Insurance, even though if I quit out of a contract early, they no longer have to pay that Insurance...
Or without Insurance, the price of the bike is still 11500 EUR??
How does 2K + more work out to 37% savings?
Not only that... then when I review them... they flag me as being Defamatory. So I'm editing this post, to just ask one simple question again... where exactly do I save any money???
Absolute awful company.
