After 7working days bike was at my door. This time includes bike pre-assembly and delivery from Spain to Italy, It’s very fast compared with my expectations.
After unpacking I’ve been involved on front wheel assembly, seats, front lamp and other accessories bought separately from other sites. Every works are described perfectly on the assembly book included on the package.
When finish the bike I’ve been noted on the front lamp a breaking on the glass. I’ve been notice bikelec via WhatsApp about delivery issue and without any problem they send be another front-lamp to ensure the 100% of them product.
Quickly communications, full reliability of the product, price on the market level with more extras then the others….. I would give them 6 stars but I can’t
