Faultless service, rapid despatch and clear comms.

Fast delivery to Finland. My order was delivered in less than a week. Very pleased to get the Salsa anything cage kit in time to take my Surly Krampus on a bike-packing overnighter this weekend.

After some kind of turbulences at beginning of warranty claim, Bikemonger resolved problem in the best way.

Whilst riding the way of the roses my bike developed some slipping gears. Popped in to Bikemonger and asked if they could take look - this just 45mins before they closed for the weekend

Fixed gears, sorted out a distorted rear rotor and I was away in 20 mins. Great service and attitude.

Next day the gears were sooooo smooth

I have made several purchases of bike packing related gear which I needed in a rush due to impending commitments. Bikemonger have always dispatched same day for next day delivery without question. They always answer the phone if you call (a dying art!) and solve any issues without quibble. I can't recommend Bikemonger more highly, superb company, superior service!

I placed an order online last week and the items were dispatched quickly. There was an issue with one item ordered and the store were very quick and helpful in resolving this. Will gladly order from Bikemonger again!

I bought a QuadLock phone case from here and it arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. The customer service was great and the product is exactly as described. It was so cheap as well, cheaper than any other online or high street shops! Definitely would recommend :) Cheers guys

Got an excellent Kalloy seatpost from Bikemonger. I had to return my first 2 seatposts because I chose the wrong size. They were very accomodating and great to deal with over the phone. A pleasure to deal with.
