This is a fraudulent activity. They send a oximeter instead of promised glucose metre. Please avoid this completely.

There seems to be two different sites being reviewed here, and both are trash scam sites 😂

I order bikenda silicone dentures gripping working. Payed 45.97 for them and never got and no refund with i call the BBB And reported this company for exam people you can order them on walmart

Bikenda (or AussiHaven.shop as they also call themselves) seem to have moved into selling robot dogs and cats. I ordered a dog from them (confirmed on Feb 23) and paid for a fast delivery of 3 days, and I received a message (on Feb 26) saying my order had been shipped. This has turned out to be not true as I have not received my order. I tried contacting them but the email address they give you (.........AussieHaven.shop) does not appear to be valid. There is no other way to contact them. There are numerous complaints about Bikenda on Trustpilot website.

Bought the dentures. Definitely not what was advertised. They are ridiculous. False reviews and they are of course Chinese and are not based in Australia. This is a total scam on all levels. There are many little pop up shops trying to sell these dentures so be warned they are all the same. I will try to get my money back from PayPal and to also have PayPal get rid of them.

Wish I would of read the reviews, ordered the dentures and still waiting for them to arrive,seen Walmart has them for a very cheap price

This is a scam. They advertise a blood glucose meter but all you get is an oxygen meter.

Ordered the dentures, they are two pieces of plastic and dont melt/soften in hot water, what a total waste of money! couldnt get in contact, I have tried, to get a refund! scam

I ordered a laser glucometer since December 2024 and nothing has arrived. I checked my bank statement and Bikenda charged for the glucometer on January 14, 2025. I need the money back because this company is a fraud

I ordered there blood glucose meter and never received the product. It is on me since I didn't do my homework

I ordered an item and was overcharged, I have tried for weeks to get in touch with this company only to have a webpage that will not open up.
have opened a claim on paypal now I have to wait. I just checked my card and ther is a new charge on it

I ordered the denture set and received two strips of teeth useless went in the bin waste of money. DO NOT get anything from Bikenda. Worse than a scam and they come from China not Australia joke.

This product does not give the readings especially the blood Glucose and there is no way you can speak with any one and no instructions for any return, to me they are selling devices with FALSE information on their adverts .
I feel I paid £40.00 for a device which is NOT NON INVASIVE , that money would have been better if I had sent it to a charity.

This company falsely advertise their teeth products. They are absolutely useless am fighting for a refund ! Can’t see that happening product binned. Don’t use this company they are no better than scammers.

scam they send the item 3 times under different names PayPal is allowing this activity. they will not refund any return PayPal refuses to help and sides with the scammers do not order this product they will sendd three different items and over charge they will not give a refund ALERT..Paypal is working with them stay away from Paypal

I purchased this item to keep track of my blood sugar. What I recieved was an "OXIMETER". I requested a replacement, with an offer to return the "OXIMETER". No response. After a month, with no response, I submitted a claim to Paypal, WITH a photo of the OXIMETER. PAYPAL is a joke. They sided with these crooks and I like many others, got hosed. Also, Facebook is complicent, as the ad was on Facebook a long time, after I got hosed by this company, ... so they had to know by the reviews it was bogus. Yet, Facebook still ran the ad. $$$$$$$ for Facebook.
