Made by bikers...for bikers is not true
Being a bike plate company I was a little surprised that they sent a car plate fitting kit (at extra cost) with the order. I notified them and they then sent a further two car plate fitting kits. These are totally useless and cannot be used to fit a bike number plate. I have since contacted them several times to get this resolved and have not received a reply.
To compound this I am now getting emails from another number plate company who they have given my details too.

the website said order before 2pm for same day, and the extra £ for express delivery! This a why I used the company! Anyhow I should have ordered one at halfords as they use Evri which are anything but express!
Long story sold my motorcycle with the plate and now have one I don’t need

Wrong Design Slow Delivery!
Ordered a plate at 1:30pm so before the stated cut off time of 2pm stated on their site and paid extra for express delivery only for the plate to be dispatched the the day after meaning it was late being delivered to myself! I did contact them about the late delivery only to be told priority delivery (£9.99 can take up to 3 days!) Add to that it was missing the black border as per my order I it makes it a very expensive mistake on my part trusting Bike Plates Direct with my cash.

This is the second time I have used this company. Arrived and packaged well. Good instructions on how to fit. The protective film was a bit difficult to get off, but that is better than have it fall off. Idiot that I am I put the wrong logo on the order but a quick email and the correct one was applied. I would recommend this company for your motorcycle number plates.

3 emails on friday night as they open on Monday, they obviously do not read them,

Disapointed.
The number plate was received in good time with the standard delivery, although I did think the postage cost was excessive, but I was hoping for a quality item.
On arrival, the protective film was not easy to peel off, having a tab or something on one corner to start it off would have been better.
My main issue was the inclusion of dust/air that's visible on the plate (this is between the printed part and the plastic part) don't know if this will become a bigger issue in the future, but it's not to be expected in a brand new number plate.
I looked for a telephone number in the email acknowledgement, and on the website, there is only a sales email address.
Given the cost, let down, might be ok for now, the next MOT in 2 years will see given they are getting more strict on this.

Terrible ordering system
Terrible ordering system. Added what I wanted to the basket but when plate arrived something that i wanted included wasnt on there. The basket picture of your purchase is tiny and they dont send a confirmation of what you have ordered. Communication is like pulling teeth. Absolutely awful. Quality of product is good but thats what should be the minimum.

Mistake in slogan, no response from contact emails
Plate does have right reg on it, unfortunately the slogan I requested was not correct, whoever made it up missed a "+" between first and second words.
1 star is for the absolutely zero response to my two emails asking what they were going to do to correct the mistake, first email on 3/6/25, second on the 10/6/25, no reply two either email so far 11/06/25
