The company fixed my bike within only few hours from when I ordered it fixed - and it was even a sunday.
Matias fixed it - he was very helpfull and friendly and explained what was wrong with the bike.
The payment system also worked well.
Huge recommendation.

First time user. Fixed within an hour.
First time using BikeRunner services. Sat with a cargo bike 11 km away from home, had lectures the next 3 hours, flat tire and 3 hours until I had to go get my two kids, get one to gymnastics and get home to make dinner. Absolutely saved my day.
Googled "bike help", BikeRunner came up, filled in the blanket, and got a call within 10 minutes saying he was on his way. Within an hour my bike was ready to go. A very dedicated man who could not figure out how to get around the construction area around DTU, walked to where I was! Well deserved 5 stars. Will use their services again. Hopefully it will go as well.

We have had someone patch a hole three times now. And twice it has turned out to just give us more work, because once the bike tube exploded the following day and the second time the bike was flat when we went to pick it up an hour after it was supposedly fixed. We have used this service out of pure need, but doubt I will ever do it again.

Hej Signe, vi beklager meget at din lapning ikke holdt. Men det kan desværre ske, når man opererer "på gaden". Vi synes dog det vil være fair hvis du nævner det faktum at vi umiddelbart tilbudt at komme ud igen når du kontaktede os (hvilket du afslog fordi du allerede havde taget den til en cykelhandler). Og til trods af at din Runner ikke er nødsaget til at gøre det (da han opretholder vores garanti på 5 dage og tilbyder at komme igen), så valgt han aligevel at betale dine penge for lapningen tilbage. Great concept!!!
I had bikerunners here two times to fix flat tires. Both time I contacted them late evening, both time they were here the next day. Nice guys, great service, great price. I love the concept, and will not hesitate to use bikerunner again!!

I order just before 10.00 with the request to change my front tire and tube before 1800. I was well informed and the Runner suggested a better tire for 100kr extra which I accepted. The bike was fixed as promised before 1800. I can only recommend BikeRunner😊
