I recently paid out £185+ for a major service on my bike and it was like new to ride, a thorough job well done, however a fault quickly came to light on the gears
I took it back to the shop and the fault quickly diagnosed and when I had it repaired, the shop were good to waive the fitting/labour charge in light of the fault developing so soon after the big service, and I only paid for the new parts
They are a good shop which I will use again and recommend
Yes, they made a mistake, like *ANY* shop can, but they apologised and the mistake was rectified and I was left a satisfied customer who is happy to use you again in the future
