Bikeshippa seemingly lost my bike and refuse to respond to communication.
Bikeshippa claimed to be able to ship my bike from the UK to Germany in a week. The bike was sent on August 4th 2025, it is now October 29th 2025 and the bike is yet to arrive, perhaps lost, who knows.
I say that because Bikeshippa's Sales Director, Jason Clare has gone awol, blocked me on WhatsApp and not responding to emails. Dreadful customer service considering the near 200 Euros they charge for shipping.
I would not suggest using, if you want to see your bike again.
