Avoid unless you are not concern about returns
Over last two years I placed a few orders through this shop. If all was smooth than it is nice experience, but as soon as there are some issue the experience changes completely. I bought an ebike with a great price and great specification. Unfortunately it happen that the specification on the net does not fit to the product (lower spec fork was mounted) and product has some design flaws that caused damage to paint. However I wanted to keep it if we could find solution to issues identified. The shop decided that it shall be returned (until this point I couldn't complaint for customer service). I returned it on June 19 and till now I did not received my money back despite several emails send. I would say if you have money to spare you can risk the shop otherwise avoid it at all cost. I have one more order that I risked to place and asked to cancel for various reason. I got email confirmation that it is cancelled, but in system it still appears as open and I got SMS that they will charge me 200Kr if I will not pick it up. There is no way to reach them over phone (spend over 1h trying without success).

The money were finally transferred on August 2nd (the ebike case is finally closed after 1,5 month).
For the second purchase I got a return call from the customer service (same day). They fixed everything in a system (I hope) but I'm still waiting for money return. Wonder how long it will be?

Bought a el-sykkel online
Bought a el-sykkel online, and received the wrong frame type and size. After 3 days they offered to return the bike and money back as they don’t have the correct bike sold on their webshop. I replied maybe you can offer me a replacement bike as the current one is useless for me.
After 2 weeks still no response.
Avoid the incompetent, slow and difficult to reach customer service (10:00-15:00).

VERY slow shipping
Good selection and prices but extremely slow in sending out orders. I have placed two orders this spring and for both it took Bikeshop 3+ weeks to get the ordered goods moving from their warehouse. In both cases I needed to contact company several times to get them to ship my orders.
Can't recommend using them if you don't like waiting and chasing after your orders.

Great site, great prices, some minor bugs
Website was easy to read and great experience for the most part, I also liked how pricing was competitive and the delivery was free!
Two issues I had though, setting size and then asking the site to show only in-stock items often showed products that were not in stock, but a variation of that product was.
The other issue was that prices in the list of products were not the actual price of the product, this just seemed odd to me, maybe a particular size/colorway was, bit confusing.
Besides those issues I would recommend to shop here! 🙂
