Excellent quality and exactly as advertised. Fits my bike perfectly and easy to use. Very happy with the bag and would buy again from this supplier.

The Bike Stand Company "Australia" shipped an incorrect bike stand, from a different manufacturer, in Amazon packaging, which was available direct from Amazon for a much cheaper price. After a number of emails explaining and providing photographic evidence of the mistake, the company suggested I return it for a refund. They have not provided any explanation of how the issue occurred in the first place, or made any attempt to resolve the issue in a way that would result in my receiving the item I ordered and paid for. The phone number listed online does not work and their AI chatbot refers you to their "support team", which offers no support. DO NOT USE.

The. Package arrived when expected and fits exceptional well for our space, great that you can disassemble when required for moving or taking away on holidays.Keeps all the 4 bikes neatly stored and protected whilst not being used. Have recommended and would purchase again if needed.

We are so so happy with our 5-bike stand. Communication with the Bike Stand Company (Australia) was great. I had a query prior to purchase which was responded to promptly. The package arrived very quickly. The stand itself was easy to assemble - we didn't even need to watch the video tutorial. Our 5 bikes now fit perfectly under the stairwell and it's true that the stand doesn't need to be bolted down. It fits our needs perfectly - couldn't be happier.

Quick delivery and a solid bike frame stand.
Would have liked clearer instructions per assembly, although with a bit of problem-solving it is not that difficult to work out.

Stand is very stable having 4 legs and easy enough to dissasemble and pack away for storage until the next routine maintenance.

Unlike competitors, the stand is not aluminium however I expect is more robust and lasting. I expect to get a good life out of the product.

In summary, happy with the stand and its robustness to check our drive trains in motion.
