Averia interminable
I hereby took my bicycle in for warranty, and instead of having to pay the bill for everything that was damaged, even though it was under warranty, I had to go three times to pick it up because it wasn’t finished. As if that weren’t enough, when they finally sent it to my house, the bicycle arrived with one spoke missing, a scratch that it didn’t have, and several loose screws. What kind of inspection do they really do? I have serious doubts, to be honest. Apart from that, the staff is polite.
