Zo krijg je standaard 5 jaar dealergarantie bij je nieuwe elektrische fiets, zijn er altijd omruilmogelijkheden voor je oude fiets en is de eerste servicebeurt altijd inbegrepen.

Poor maintenance and very unwelcoming…

Poor maintenance and very unwelcoming customer service
I brought my bike for routine maintenance, but I am incredibly disappointed with the entire experience.
Not only was the mechanical work subpar, but the staff's hospitality was completely lacking and felt unwelcoming.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt cold and dismissive.
When I picked up my bike, it was clear that the issues weren't properly resolved, yet no one seemed to care or offer a proper explanation.
For the price they charge, I expected professional work and basic politeness. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop.

Top shop

Top shop! I had a cargo bike with them, they did the check up, took into consideration my time constraints.
The bike felt much better after the inspection and adjustments. A profesional bike shop. Fully recomand them!
