Is this company a legit company..there…

Is this company a legit company..there is no contact number just email? And no replies from them?
2 combos want to be ordered wanting to know the courier cost ontop of the combos cost to PE

Good service turns to bad

After receiving excellent service with a previous order a few weeks ago (and in this manner gaining my confidence and trust), I am now being let down 'big time' with my second purchase from Biketyreonline. I am not receiving responses to my e-mail queries regarding shipment and am, subsequently, left wondering this business would treat a returning customer in this manner ...

25/11/22 - order received.
25/11/22 - i emailed you back requesting which free tyre you required as per special.
28/11/22 - received payment notification & your reply requesting a 3.50 x 10 GIBSON.
29/11/22 - I emailed you back and advised you the size you requested was not on the special & attached the special as advertised.
01/12/22 - received your email requesting a shipment update with no mention of your tyre choice.
02/12/22 - received your email requesting a shipment update & request to cancel the free tyre.
02/12/22 - tyre shipped with The Courier Guy. Tracking details supplied.
I trust you will accept my apologies for the delay and assure you of our continued fast & efficient service we are renown for.
