SCAM / Fraud
I received an unsolicited, invoice-like offer from BilBeskyttelse AS for an extended car warranty, which I never requested. This is misleading and potentially violates GDPR.
GDPR Breaches:
Article 5(1)(a): No transparency or consent for using my personal data.
Article 6(1): No valid legal basis for processing my information.
Article 14: No disclosure of how they obtained my data.
Such practices raise serious concerns about their ethics and data handling. I strongly advise caution and recommend reporting similar incidents to Datatilsynet. Companies should prioritize transparency and lawful operations.

SCAM
SCAM. I paid the money for a policy. I never received any information. Never an email Just received another bill from them 2 months late. with a purring- Saying I have to pay another year and that I should have read the fine print. STAY AWAY- only bad reviews from this place.

Very sneaky conditions
Very sneaky conditions, only specific parts are covered, but nothing that can be linked to corrosion, overheating, frost, humidity and fire. I strongly doubt this company ever pays out anything.
Also.
Unreasonable cancellation conditions is another big red warning!

If you have a car issue, they make an excuse and refuse to pay. Read the terms and conditions very carefully. Most common problems are excluded from their "guarantee".
Also, they automatically renewed the contract and when I asked them to cancel it, they said I must have requested 3 months before the new period starts!
