Total skam!
I bought there ticket for Halsey but the show was cancelled. I wrote them emails and in their dm's on instagram but they never answer
It's been 2 month since the show was canceled and still no money
God forbid you need to buy a ticket from this website:
- Tried 4 separate cards, all of them confirmed and authorised by the bank, all them rejected by the website. The funds are currently being held and won’t be back for 7-14 business days.
- Their website is not an easy website to use, especially if you don’t speak Turkish. Many of the content is not in English, including the FAQ and other important documents. The site always reverts to Turkish (tr-tr) when you refresh while in English (en-tr), not sure what’s up with that.
- If you need to confirm your phone number, the website wont send you a code to your phone, but you can input 000000 and it’ll be labeled as verified. (wtf??)
