Best customer service ever!!!

Every company in the world should operate like this one!! The product is quite good and the customer service is beyond anything I have experienced anywhere!!! I have called them numerous times and almost always someone has answered right away. Only once I had to leave a message and someone called me back within 10 minutes. The customer service reps are extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. I could rave about them all day!!!! I am so very happy that I found this company!!!!

Great time and billing solution for law…

Great time and billing solution for law firms. My staff finds it pretty easy-to-use, and the reporting capabilities are second to none in my opinion.

Have found the online articles and support team to be really useful if there is anything in the software that I want to learn or figure out.

Customer service is non-existence

Customer service is non-existence. No one returns calls. Answers are not relevant which leads to repeating yourself. Software is terrible. The APP has not been updated and you can't use with the newest android. Stay away from this company.

Billing Problems

We changed plan mid-month and were billed twice for adding the same user, even though Bill4 Time does not disclose anywhere on its website that it refuses to pro-rate bills. So, beware that if you need to add a user and also need to change plans, you will be billed twice for that same user. The Company's support representative (which appears to be a single person) does not seem to grasp why this is inappropriate. We requested a refund of this double billing charge, and they refused to honor it.

Also, we are being billed $30 per month for being existing customers, and their website states that the same service is offered for $25/month for new customers.

iPad app makes all the difference

Before transitioning away from a large firm into my solo law practice, I asked other attorneys for advice on the challenges ahead. Most of them told me that their biggest headache was keeping up with billing without a billing department and a secretary to chase billables to be entered. I acted carefully and read a number of reviews from the ABA and other legal sites before choosing Bill4Time. The iPad application makes all the difference in saving me time and making sure I capture my hours. Yesterday I had a long day in court followed by a drink with colleagues. If I hadn't logged my hours in via iPad during breaks in the proceedings, I'd have missed much of the detail.

Paid for Itself

My motto is: "Be brief, be bright, be gone." Bill4Time allows my team to work that way with our clients! We provide security services to a broad range of clients and our engineers are on the road non-stop. Bill4Time allows us to immediately and accurately track our time while in the field right on an iPhone. Since implementing this solution, our detailed record keeping has vastly improved. We no longer have a problem with "missing" time entries because time is entered at the time of service while still at the client's location. In addition, we accurately capture expenses at the time of the expense, and send out our invoices by e-mail with just a few clicks. Bill4Time has immediately paid for itself many times over! It is simple to use (be brief), intuitive (be bright), and gets the job done quickly (be gone)!
