Our Bill Advisor agent was absolutely great to work with. She was easy to get a hold of and worked quickly on finding us the best offers. The customer service was excellent and she followed up after our move to make sure everything went well. We are very happy with the service we received. I would highly recommend!

i have uploaded my cable, cell phone, electric, and spoke to someone regarding my insurance. The only information I have received was to lower my cable bill to another plan that I was already aware of.

Insurance rep. was no help but to gather my information and told me someone from another company would call me. This unleashed so many spam calls to my phone and still, no better insurance provider. Why was this even done? Isn't this why I am paying you?

I trusted you to do what you say,, major let down when you are promised one thing, purchase on that promise and guarantee only to end up with disappointment and frustration.

I just joined and within a week they saved me $2,100 on home/auto insurance a year. Couldn’t be happier!

Last update: I received a phone call not long after my last update. I believe he was the manager or director and he was very apologetic for what happened and said that is not their practice to take away services which had been done here. He was able to cancel my service for me which I appreciate and I will continue to negotiate my own bills so I don't have the mess that came from letting their reps negotiate my bill.
Another update: I was never contacted by anyone at BillAdvisor even though I was told on this post and by my rep that I would be. Terrible customer service and I will recommend everyone NOT use them.
Update: I was told by BillAdvisor that they were saving me around $100 on my cell phone bill only to find out they took our data on one of our devices from the unlimited plan. I was told by Bill Advisor that they checked back 6 months to see data usage (which wasn't true because the bill I submitted clearly showed that we used 52GB of data alone on one device and they took us from unlimited to 1GB of data which would have resulted in close to a $1000 a month cell phone bill). I found out through my cell provider that I would not be saving $100 a month like I was told by Bill Advisor, it was $30 a month. I don't like the dishonesty and really makes me not want them negotiating my bills in the future since I had to get back on the phone with my cell provider to fix it which is what I paid BillAdvisor to do.

BillAdvisor.com was able to save me over $1300 a year. I'm very pleased and was not expecting that much savings. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.

Excellent service! BillAdvisor has helped me save over $1,800/yr already by negotiating with existing providers, and by changing others for better rates and coverage. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and overall service.

So far I am very pleased and will tell my friends to enroll with Bill advisor.

My account was discontinued by Bill Advisor because my credit card expired. They never contacted me to let me know they needed a new credit card number or to see if I was still interested in their service. I was totally blind-sided by an expired deal. They made it right, but just barely.

Had to contact them after uploading bills. Advisor said he left me a voicemail but I didn’t get it.

Quick responses and friendly service they weren't able to save on all my bills but I still ended up saving over $1000. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to save money on their bills, but don't have the time to shop around or negotiate with all the different companies.
