After placing my order there was a delay after receiving the order placed of just over a week not hearing anything I emailed and received an email saying they were sold out, They offered the same item in two other colours which i didnt want so asked for refund, The day after the goods arrived and despite the confusion were exactly as ordered and fit an look great.
After a lengthy wait, my order finally arrived. The product quality is excellent.
Communication was not great between us and I wish it had been better; it is the only reason for my 4-star rating. 5-star for product quality.

I like the bold B&B branding and love how the underwear looks. My order was delayed but I was contacted by customer services immediately to explain. They kept me informed and I still received my delivery in good time, along with an extra gift, which I was delighted by. My only reservation is that medium Underwear was still on the small side and will find myself, at a 31inch waist, wearing Large should I order again in the future. That is yet to be decided.

Don’t buy! Received items with many large holes and customer service is a joke. They do not care about the customer at all!! You try and write a review and they block you from their site. Pretty sad. Again. Don’t buy this product!!
