Rey was super helpful!

I had a query regarding our business' Billi tap. I reached out to their customer service team and in less than 24 hours Rey had sent me a teams invite to discuss our service plan in detail. Rey provided me with all the needed information and was very friendly. Thank you Rey!

Best customer service!

I had contacted Laura from the Billi Team to help me with one of our Billi taps. Laura was very helpful and arranged an engineer to go on site to fix the issue the next working day. She was polite and professional and is what customer service should be!

The customer service from Laura has been excellent and the Billi taps we are using are a great product that has exceeded our expectations. We tried different makes of tap and different installers but going direct to Billi has been the best decision we made.
