These guys are dishonest scam artists. The screwed up both my Comcast and my Sirius accounts, claimed savings I never saw, then charged my credit card. Save the headache and hassle and just make a retention call to your provider yourself!

This company is an absolute joke. They claimed they saved me $240 on my cable/internet bill which sounded great at first. But in reality they accomplished nothing. My statements from Comcast the 3 months following their "negotiations" were the same. If you added those 3 months statements up and compared it to what 3 months of the starting monthly bill they used to "negotiate" was, the TOTAL "savings" over those 3 months was around $3 which is negligible considering my monthly statements from Comcast always vary by a few dollars.

First Month After: $144.07
Second Month: $146.17
Third Month: $154.11
That alone is no big deal, I tried it out and they claimed they saved me money but in reality they didn't - I wasn't upset about that part. However the point of this review is that after that happened they attempted to bill me $96 (40%) for the alleged $240 in savings. I informed them of the reality and they said they would "postpone" the invoice - okay, whatever. Today, I receive a threatening email from them with an agent from a collections agency CC'ed ("Collections Army"). I have again provided them MORE screenshots/images of my monthly statements as evidence to the lack of savings and technically an INCREASE over the negotiated amount this past month. So beware if you want to use this company - it seemed risk free so I tried it out, now I have to deal with this nonsense and collection threats over money they never saved me.
