As we informed you in Email and WhatsApp, we have done our part well, Before we send your unit, we have done a Quality Check to make sure your unit is working properly and packing safely with a good appearance, not like the photos you sent.
We emphasize that this problem is not from Billstone and occurs due to negligence of the expedition, therefore in your package, we put a sticker "MANDATORY TO MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO" to report and ask for responsibility from the expedition if something like this happens.
Unfortunately, you didn't do what we required before opening the package. Since you don't have an unboxing video, we can't claim the damage to the expedition.
In this case is also our loss because it is not our fault and we have done our part well.
However, we are still working on our customer satisfaction, to provide a solution.
