had an exceptional experience using Billy.com. I got all my quotes from various movers within a few hours, and the ones I ended up hiring showed up early and finished on-time. Billy.com is a very good resource.

I do not move often and I do not know movers, so when I needed to move unexpectedly, I just did one lucky call - to Billy. And, like magic - movers started calling me in a short while, making their proposals. I did not spent my time looking for companies and comparing their prices. They did all this job themselves, while I just chose whoever suited me most.

we have been billy.com customers for many years. compare to the market they have the most good leads in quantity and quality. Most of the times the customer are indeed looking for our services and in case a lead is not valid for any reason the do credit you with no hesitation. My account manager Greg is the best, very efficient fast responding and very polite.

Purchasing leads is a fact in the moving industry. Working with the leads that are provided can sometimes be frustrating and or bad, but billy.com is fair with taking back bad leads and they really work with you to ensure you get quality leads. Working with my account manager GINA is always a great experience because she always has my be interest at hand.

Very fast and convenient! All of the movers in one place. No searching and calling a bunch of individual companies. They are in the Billy network and it really makes it a lot easier and faster. The movers showed up on time and worked hard until it was finished.

Would definitely recommend to any company to use. Reasonable rates. Excellent customer service. Very few "bad leads" and the ones that are, are immediately credited back to our account if it is outside our work area/description.

I used Billy for my move and I quickly got quotes from several moving companies. I was then able to negotiate a good price for my move.

When working with anyone especially a company, we want honesty, fairness and consistent appreciated treatment. "Billy" is just this. They have never neglected a need and they have discussed any misunderstandings out with us (assumptions on our end). They have gone above and beyond for us at times and have very pleasant to deal with on every occasion. We are thankful to do business with them and want others to know how much we think of them.

I very easily found several movers through Billy.com. Most of them gave me great info - and very quickly.

When the mover I selected turned out to be "fishy" (I should have known better when he beat everyone's price but had nothing in writing), I reported him to Billy.com

The Partner Care team was right on it! I mean, within minutes of getting my email! They actually had already removed the guy from their list (due to their own research). They also had followed-up with the authorities, as well as making sure that other listing sites would not do business with him.

I truly did not expect such a great - and thorough - response to a complaint! I will definitely use Billy.com in the future and recommend them!
