On line chat inquiry works well with Louie. I got a prompt and clear reply on my inquiry; stick situation, delivery timing overseas, and parts compatibility. Satisfied by 100%.

Don't bother with them, trust the 1* reviews, I ordered item IN STOCK online, paid for it, few days later they send me an email saying its not in stock, since then 0 contact, my money is gone, they don't reply to my emails, absolute scam.
Edit: don't believe their reply, it's all lies, do not order from this website, it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for my refund, they are now trying to blame my bank for it!!!

They are bilstein so the quality is as you would expect.
That being said if you order from British suppliers such as potn then expect to be told a date then put 4 weeks minimum on top of that date.
They will also not tell you when being sent out.
Not great

I would choose them again.

Having found to have issues with BILSTEIN,suspension components purchased from P.O.T.N., i contacted Bilstein.com explaining my issue and was replied to by Head of marketing Shae Hawkins having explained to her the problems with part no 24-263443 which is the part that Bilsteins own search system found for my vehicle Audi s4 B6 avant 4.2 v8 i was told i had purchased the incorrect part , if Bilstein own search system informs what part is suitable for my vehicle then obviously i order the parts and believe this to be the correct fitment , although this is obviously not so , the part no given to me 24-119795 by Bilsteins own representative as the correct fitment is not even listed for my specific vehicle ,.Ihave also had a lengthy conversation with Sam from bilstein tech dept .i did not purchase an incorrect part which is what i was told by the representative , the part specified by Bilstein for my vehicle is not a correct fitment .Bilstein should be made aware that their parts are not cheap and if mistakes are made during manufacture it should not be down to customers to solve their own problems with fitment , im absolutely appalled at the attitude of such a large company .

Love my Bilstein Shocks/Struts!!! Customer service is AMAZING as well. I have them on my FJ Cruiser and 4Runner. Man, did they improve the body roll over the stock Toyota shocks on the 4Runner. My FJ came with Toyota/Bilstens on it, but I upgraded them as well.
Bought a set of brand new 5100 Bilstein shocks and had them installed a couple months ago. Drove my truck for maybe a few weeks combined in the past couple months and my drivers side strut already snapped and was leaking. Tried to go for the warranty but bilstein denied the warranty. So now I will be going with a different brand of struts. Will never spend my money on bilstein products again. Waste of money for poor quality and warranty is garbage! Would definitely not recommend!!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company.
I bought an air suspension for my 2004 Mercedes E200 from rellasamortiser in Athens.
The instructions for installing the suspension, which were on paper, inside the spare part packaging, did not say anywhere that we had to remove the car's bridge (I also have photos of the instructions).
The only time they mentioned the bridge was verbally on the phone.
I asked many official Mercedes workshops about the procedure for the replacement.
I also asked official Bilstein representatives in Greece. They all told me the same thing, that it is dangerous to tamper with the car's bridge just for a suspension.
It is the wrong procedure, regardless of whether the Bilstein company said it through a video on YouTube.
So if the company said that I had to remove the engine as well, should we remove the engine?
You buy such an expensive spare part for the car, and instead of having proper instructions, they tell you, watch YouTube!
Besides, if you said we should remove the roof, should we do it?
The spare part broke on the same day of installation, normally it should have been replaced.
After 1.5 months of waiting, the bilstein company replied that the installation was not done properly.
Should the company look at this particular product again?
From what it turned out, you have not manufactured it properly and you should at least provide proper instructions in the packaging of the spare part.
Unfortunately, nothing was done properly with this particular company. Too bad.
A lot of money, wasted for no reason.

Ordered part through Parts-in-Motion, a BMW brake splash shield made by well known brand Febi owned by Bilstein, a Germany company.
The part requires a slot (hole) for handbrake shoe pin which is flat to fit the pin through then turns 90 deg, to secure. This part had NO SLOT.
Contacted Febi/Bilstein and they kindly checked and it matches BMW origin part. Stupid BMW as on production line it'll need the slot punched out, but their replacement part which always rust away so will need replacing has no slot and Bilstein have to make an identical copy, so not their fault!
Parts-in-Motion Order number: 19-11625-25308
FEBI part: 171549 Brake Disc Splash Panel for 120D
Horrible, item item was not in stock, they told me they have to made it. It took 3 weeks to made it. I had to pay £22 on top of my order for some taxed. I do bot recommend
Bilstein has the worst support ever.
They are not answering email, I’m trying to get their support for over a month with no success.
DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
Greedy
£32 for two washers
Ordered them from another supplier for £18
If you're thinking of using Bilstein-Shocks.co.uk then hopefully you read this first. Firstly these guys are resellers and not actual Bilstein, they are also awful with any after sales so if you encounter an issue be prepared for pain. I purchased the B16 kit in 2023, the kit experienced an issue following fitting and after days of chasing and sending videos of the issue both myself and the garage were unable to get a response, after one week a response was finally received asking to send the faulty part to them to be tested. Very difficult when the part is fitted and you're dependent on the car. The garage was willing to talk to a technician but Bilstein-Shocks would not oblige.
If you're looking for Bilstein kit then personally I'd look elsewhere, I guess alarm bells should of rung when the website said 'Easy Oline Returns'
In 2020 two new Bilstein rear shocks were fitted to my Capri 2.8i show car. After less than 2000 miles of use one shock failed this year. The original retailer stated that the shocks were out of warranty and therefore I should contact Bilstein to resolve the problem. I contacted Bilstein by email laying out the bones of the problem. I should point out that I had attempted to purchase a single replacement shock but most retailers would only sell pairs. I received a reply by email stating that if I could send the defective unit Bilstein would examine it free of charge and either replace or repair the unit. I telephoned customer services to discuss this offer. However the individual I spoke to denied that any work or indeed any part of the problem resolution would be free, claiming a mistake had been made. This person was aggressive in attitude informing that reapers would cost £85 and without my suggestion, Bilstein would not reimburse any cost incurred in removing and replacing. I was then given a telephone umber of a company that would sell a single unit and the part number. The phone number turned out not to be for the company mentioned and the part number incorrect for my model Capri. Given the price of their products and it would seem unearned reputation for quality for their products Bilstein’s staff attitude to customers was far from modern expectations. To conclude Imhave found a retailer prepared to sell a single shock and ironically, it is a German company.
Total rubbish b14s for t5 snapped and leaking and bushes gone in 3/4 yrs total crap I’ll never buy again
Disappointingly, the shocks i ordered have started leaking after 2 years and about 10k miles. The oem shocks did 50k and lasted much longer. No harsh treatment from me, just sedate driving on normal roads. It appears like everything else in this world, built in obsolescence and cost savings have diminished what was once a good brand.
I received the package within a week as soon as I got the dispatch email, FedEx handle the delivery here in UAE.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful with enquiries
Bought 4 shocks model 4600 from shockwarehouse 1 failed with a leak. Went to original reseller no response. Took the no response documentation and set to Bilstein, they said go back to shockwarehouse so this tells me BILSTEIN WARRANTY is worthless and they don't stand behind product they delegate.
where is the 00000 for reviews called the CEO Drew in Ohio what a joke . Would be better going to k mart .For the shocks I WAS going to buy !!!!!!! key hear is going to buy he's know help at all .I thought Bilstein was a good company.Glad they they showed there true colors .Will never buy anything from these people and will be sure to pass on there poor customer from the CEO. That tells the story right there !!!!!!! Good luck with these------------
Put new Bilstein shocks on my 06 Silverado in September 2020, the truck had 125000 miles at the time. A few weeks ago while on vacation I noticed that one front tire had an unusual wear pattern and thought it must be a bad ball joint because the truck had just been through an alignment and the shocks were only two years old. and the truck only has 150000 miles on it. No heavy towing or off road use, just highway driving. When I got home I took it to a repair shop and was horrified to learn that all four shocks had failed and to make matters worse, all four tires were ruined. It ended up costing me $1000.00 for new shocks and another $1000.00 to replace the tires! Obviously, I am very unhappy with my decision to buy Bilstein.
