Purchased a map update for my car. The option was no longer available in BMW Connected Drive, due the the vehicle being and older model.

The service was great. Instant contact with instructions on how to process.

I used this to update my 2017 BMW X1 which I have just bought. It updated to 2025 sat nav and has been perfect. I was dubious whilst waiting for an activation number but after contact with Scott my worries were unfounded and after receiving the BMW code it was set up quickly and I am absolutely delighted with the upgrade. I definitely recommend Bimmermap.

I was able to update a 2019 x3 for the first time since 2019 and it’s crazy how much has changed. The anxiousness I had about the process not working or being confusing was for nothing. I quickly got responses to both of my support emails and everything worked as it was supposed to. Would recommend.

I ordered this prior to starting a cross country road trip. I had trouble getting the Nav system to update but after contact with Scott -- he sent a jump drive, I reset my nav system, and it loaded up fine. Nice to have an updated set of maps.

I have had my BMW for 8 years now. I have used Bimmermap several times and the last time they introduced lifetime maps. I thought that makes sense, so purchased that. On the website it said that they send out the updates automatically, no need to contact them. Actually I had to contact them several times when I saw there was a map update. Finally got the link from them for the map update and got around the installing today. Emailed for the activation code and they say you have to pay £25 for the activation codes. I’ve just checked the website again and it doesn’t say any of that. If it had I would t have bought the lifetime, I’d have just got them as and when. Not such a good deal, in fact it’s a rip off. Scamming rip off.

Ordered map update for my 2015 3 series. USB arrived in the post within 5 days and installed with some instruction from Scott. Just need to email them for activation code when ready to install. When received, go to car and follow instructions and screen prompts. Very easy and takes approx 30mins. Great service

The memory stick arrived within a week. It came with full instructions. I interpreted the instructions as having to have started the process (sitting in the car) before emailing for the code that is needed. Not right. Send the email for the code before you start the process. The day before is probably fine.

I had an access issue and emailed for help and received an email despite this being on a weekend.

Excellent service and the update worked perfectly. Mine took just under an hour but this was first update for 9 years.

Easy peasy, ordered online, got the stick, plugged it into the car, it asked for the FSC code - emailed Bimmermap, they came through with the FSC code, punched it in and started the download and @ 45 minutes later download complete maps updated.

Much easier than I thought it would be.

It was a long time in the post, but when it arrived it was easy to install and now works fine

My BMW X3 (F25) navi map update from 2013 version to new 2025-1 was easy and smooth.
You just need to be prepared that the update itself from USB stick to car may take almost an hour.

Scott is really helpful & patience when I had some simple questions. My update took only 1 hour and is completely up-to-date now! Happy with it....coming back for a new update next year.

Update was easy, took about 30 mins, will see if new roads are on once car goes out again.
Just for info: - We had same year car from BMW Main agent in Lincoln, England who were trying to update maps in 2017 they left car on charge overnight in workshop whilst update was running, consequently split the AGM Battery and filled car full of smell of rotten eggs and said the car was scrap!

It was simple to select the right update for my BMW F01 serie. I choosed the the download option and save the software on my own USB 32 GB drive. The instructions where clear.
Downloading and saving took a while. After that my BMW recognized the new software and after sending some screenshot of it, I receiver a code to install it.

I'm very satisfied.

It was easy to select the proper upgrade for my BMW225xe, as was ordering and paying. The update with very clear instructions came very quick and the update of my car's navi took some time but was flawless.

A USB with the update arrived as promised, the update process was easy as usual, it took 45 minutes to load the new map. Thank you, Bimmermap!
