Stay away from these scammers! They immediately charge your credit card and do not have product for weeks on end. There was no communication about delay in shipping. 3+ weeks. When I contacted them they hide behind policy and only give you attitude. Suggest you take your business elsewhere where they charge you once they have product in hand.
Oh If I could rate less than 1 start. Poor communication, month long shipping times with no reason as to why, ZERO follow up when you’re told they’ll get back to you.
Ordered a “BimmerNetwork” downpipe thinking they actually stocked their own branded parts. Nope. Turns out they just drop-ship everything from overseas, which probably explains why they bury the out-of-stock disclaimer and give vague, copy-paste replies when you ask about delays. My part never even shipped. I had to cancel and they still charged a cancellation fee.
Even after weeks of zero tracking updates, they kept saying the stock would “arrive soon.” Yeah right.
Save your money and sanity. Buy from a real parts distributor that actually has inventory and won’t treat you like an inconvenience. This place feels like it only stays alive by sponsoring influencers while the average customer gets ghosted.
10/10 customer service, emails responded to in 12-24 hours & they shot me a call to get me sorted out. Very appreciative.
I wish I could rate less than one star. Customer service is non existent. This company just drop ships defective products and chinese junk. They pass blame around and offer no help. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS!

I purchased a turbo from BIMMERNETWORK for £2881.02 plus £245 for shipping on the 7th of June it’s now been 4 months and I still have not received the turbo
I’ve been contacting them via emails during these 4 months and got loads of excuses why I haven’t received it as yet
On the 11th of September I requested for them to can cancel my order and issue a refund, they told me it would take 5-10 business days for me to receive my refund
Its is now the 1st of October and I have yet to receive a refund
They have also now stopped responding to my emails
This company is not to be trusted they will take your money and not send out your item and to get a refund is impossible, I’ve had to go through my bank and report my purchase as fraud
