"I hit exactly 00:00:00 in the Binance BTC Button game and have clear video evidence of the timer staying at zero. Despite this visual proof, Binance support refuses to honor the win, blaming 'server sync issues'. If the app shows 00:00:00, it's a technical failure on Binance's end, not the user's. Hiding behind technical jargon after showing 00:00:00 to a user is unfair and misleading. Case ID: CC8834107. I will share the video proof everywhere until this is resolved fairly.
Update (Feb 23, 2026): Binance's reply here is as dismissive as their chat support. They claim they provided "relevant information," but that information was just an offer for a 30-day VIP upgrade to silence me about hitting 00:00:00. I have officially REJECTED their VIP bribe because a fee discount does not fix a technical glitch that cost me 1 BTC. If you really want to resolve this, stop sending me back to the same chat agents and have a Senior Manager review my video evidence of hitting 00:00:00. Case ID: #157260838.

When I asked them why the did this, After long waiting times they just reply one thing that cannot tell why they closed , I mean are you kidding me, you blocked my account with funds in it and telling me you don't know reason even if you do you cannot tell me that reason, WTF just say you are scammers in style stealing peoples money, I wonder what law is doing.

I am sharing my personal experience.
My Binance account has been restricted since early December, and I have been unable to access my funds during this time. I submitted all requested documents and evidence promptly, but the review process has taken significantly longer than expected.
I have followed up multiple times and have received responses stating the matter is under review. However, there has been no clear timeline provided for resolution.
I understand compliance and security procedures are important, but extended account restrictions without transparent communication can be very stressful for users.
I hope Binance improves response times and provides clearer updates for customers going through similar situations.

since early december, we are now in february. and they want me to wait until next year? i dont think its worth keeping funds in binance. just move to another platform guys.

Update on my Binance.com review from January 7th.
My account is still suspended and the issue hasn't been resolved, even though I got suspended without the possibility of knowing I would beforehand (the information wasn't properly displayed in their ToS). Despite the timeline surpassing every deadline I've been given, they are still holding my funds against my own will and keep saying that they're "protected". For all I know they can protect it until I pass with how it's going right now. Every time I reach the end of a deadline, they just give me a new one. Complete and utter blasphemy. I do not recommend anyone using this website.

I am extremely disappointed with Binance's referral campaign. After bringing 4 real friends who completed all 12 tasks (verification and trading), my progress bar only moved by 0.04% and got stuck at 99.74%. This is a mathematical trap to avoid paying rewards. To make it worse, the support agent (Jeremy) told me to "grow my followers" instead of fixing the issue. I have an official complaint registered: CC8705506. This is deceptive and unfair to loyal users who work hard for the platform.

I will say that up to the 29 December that Binance has been the best crypto platform for me so far. So til that point I would have given them a 4 star rating, but still things that could have been better. But after the 29 December where they removed the way to buy crypto directly from your card. So you now have to make a bank transfer in your bank through a third party was there I stopped using them. So until that function comes back I will not recommend using this platform

They locked my account after I bought a subscription on a site with crypto that cost $20, they locked my account and asked "where did I get this crypto address?" Since the address is dynamic, I can't send a photo/video of it. I don't understand why they locked my account for a $20 transfer???
The customer support is ridiculously slow, I didn't get any answers to the simplest questions in 2 hours and I had to wait at least 25-30 minutes for each answer...

I am generally happy with Binance,I trust them. Its the best out there.
But i would like to use this channel to express a negativ incident today. I had a 7K short position on SIRENUSDT at perpetual futures. The market was volitile. At some point the market dropped down a lot and I tried to reduce my position with both market order and limit buy orders. I got error message "reduce only". So I was not able to close my position. Resulting in loss of 3.3K USD when the market bounced upwards 1 minute later. I manged eventually to close the enitre postion with the 3.3K loss. I talked with support on chat, but got no help, because I did not have screen shot of the incident/error message. There is not way I could get a screen shot in the heat of the moment when scalping in that situation. I think its good that Binance try to limit extream volatility with "reduce only" meassures. But you can not reject a limit or market order that does reduce the position, no matter volatility. This is a bug that should be fixed.
