Terrible service - Avoid
Terrible service, seriously avoid them. Server died and spent 2 days trying to get them to fix it, but excuse after excuse and even blatant lies to avoid fixing it. Speed and reliability when it was working were poor enough but you really get to see what a company is like when you have a problem.

Misleading port speed, even lower than 1/5 how it committed.
Do not support BGP session.

Our Servers comes with 1Gbps or 10Gbps according to customer request. We need to investigate to make sure nothing affecting your port speed.
We do support BGP peering on many data center locations as published on our web site.

VPS not suitable for gaming VPN use
I used their VPS for setting up a personal VPN (kernel mode) for gaming. Observed some issues in-game which were probably caused by intermittent throttling. However, there were no packet loss observed through ping. Not sure if it was due to the CPU or network throttling. It seems I got a server with host pass-through, not many providers allow that these days. But the hardware seemed a decade old based on initial diagnostics.
