This company came to power wash my…

This company came to power wash my home. I asked that they just do the front of the house, the owner, Jeff, said he "does not do half houses". So I agreed because my house was about to go on market in 5 days and I needed the front cleaned. When his worker was leaving - I noticed there was soap all over my windows which I had just paid Fish $550. to clean them ( I know I did that in the wrong order but I had much difficulty finding a company that brings their own water. So when his worker went to rinse all the soap he left, off - several of them were unrinsable because they broke the seals on 4 huge picture windows. When I called him, very upset, he denied culpability on the telephone in a very nasty way! before he even came to my home to look at them. He basically told me I was a liar and they were that way before they power washed. They are 4 large windows that look out to the water. I would NEVER sell a house with large picture windows over looking the water (my main selling point) with damaged double paned windows showing complete internal condensation damage from them breaking the seals! I wanted my house washed, not my windows. I did not even want the window side of the house done - but he required me to do the whole house or he would not wash my house at all. His insurance company offered me around $900.00 when there is well over $10,000. in damage based on the quotes I am still getting from various window companies. Stay away from this company. He is clearly only out for himself. He was so rude and unprofessional. I have been self employed for 35 years and if I my firm ever made damages I wouldn't hesitate to give my insurance to a client and make sure the damages are taken care of. He has done a large amount of damage here. BEWARE! TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND COULD CARE LESS IF HE CAUSED DAMAGES!
