We had an emergency due to a blocked storm drain which led to our kitchen being flooded. Binder sent out some very helpful people to try and unblock the drain - they tried but this was not possible and the workmen explained this fully. They arranged for a follow up survey to look at options. The chap that came out could see the difficulty we were in with another storm on the way. The next day he had arranged for two workmen to redirect the drain. They completed this work in a day. I was so impressed by the friendliness and expertise of all involved. I highly recommend Binder!

Booked Binders over three weeks ago for a standard, straightforward septic tank emptying. They failed to turn up and phoned at 3.40 to say the driver was out of time and will be doing the job the following day, being today. They did not turn up again and this time I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was then given some weak excuse that clearly should not have impacted on the service I expected from a well known respected company. To be let down once is bad enough but to have it happen a second time within two days is appalling.
UPDATE
Received a call on the Wednesday to apologise and offer a reduction on pump out cost as compensation. Pump out was carried out that afternoon by an extremely pleasant driver operative.

Just very impressed start to finish! First ever interaction with Binder Ltd. the guys on the phone were professional, firendly and hlepful. The engineer (Alan) was absolutely brilliant, really jut wanted to do the best thing by the customer, friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. Invoice just received this morning and paid within 10 minutes. Thank you for getting out so quick and a professional job! 10 out of 10.

They just turn up when i am out and you wouldn`t know they had been.

First scheduled visit had to be cancelled because tanker was not booked by the company although engineer was.
second visit company booked 2 engineers when only one was necessary and one was cancelled only when I was contacted by both. Tanker should have arrived at same time as engineer for technical reasons but he did not know this and as this did not happen the engineer had to wait until tanker arrived which fortunately was not too long
There was a certain degree of inconvenience because of having to rearrange this second visit and problems seems to be an annual event

My Klargester was serviced by an engineer named Tim who was professional, courteous and demonstrated good personal skills.
From the outset he asked whether I knew or wanted an explanation of how the Klargester works. I did and he gave an explanation that I understood. He carried out the service and gave useful advice on servicing, what to do if there is a power cut and the parts and spares engineers carry with them if required.
I was most impressed with the service he gave. He is a credit to Binder.

I’ve used Binders for the last 11 years and the previous owners recommended them and they lived here for 16 years! Well organised company and lovely tanker drivers, nothing is too much for them.

Amazing service all round, 100% pleased! Needed to have septic tank emptied as we had a back up - emailed on Sunday evening and wonderful Tom Moore with tanker was with us at 8.30 Monday morning. Most helpful, tidy and all round great, thank you so much to all at Binders.

Having had a treatment plant installed by binder, and 2 subsequent call outs to attend to a couple of minor issues I have found the company to be 1st class in both planning and installation and then engineer support. Customer service is well handled over the phone and engineers attend without delay providing a very fast response. I have found engineers across the board to be skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough in their approach. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the company to carry out work and provide services.

Every time we have called out an engineer they have been brilliant, over and above expectation and the latest engineer was no exception. Faultlessly courteous, he kept me in the loop so that when a decision was called for the facts were at my fingertips. The office staff are all just as good.

Excellent Service. From first call through to engineer visit everyone was friendly and helpful. Fault with system found immediately and rectified and useful information on the working of the system provided.
