Ordered item on Feb 4th, paid extra $5 for 10-15 days shipping. The item wasn't even shipped until almost 20 days later...... And, 55 days later still have not received the item and they are refusing to refund! Have messaged several times and they keep saying to wait.

Will never order from this company again!

This store is a scam!!! Dont order anything, because they take your money but you never get the product ordered! It is totally a RIP off! I will not trust facebook link to any sales items again! Dont trust them!

I also was scammed for the Christmas tree led light show. Paid through PayPal so hopefully they can help get my money back. Last time I buy something I see in a Facebook advertisement.

Just read the reviews and order nothing from this company. This is the second time a company like this on Facebook has screwed me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON AN AD FACEBOOK ALLOWS. FACEBOOK WILL SPEND THE $$ TO HIRE PEOPLE

Ordered a "Personalized Christmas Tree Light set" where you are supposed to be able to draw patterns and animate your tree. Received a cheap string of lights instead. Cost me $40 with shipping. False advertising/bait and switch/ scam. Seller will not give a full refund although they claim 100% guarantee. Also appear to be associated with a company called Circab. AVOID BOTH AT ALL COST!

purchased a set of Bluetooth color changing LED lights for my Christmas tree back on November 11th for $32.99+$6.99 shipping - waited a few days & contacted them asking for shipping information because I hadn't received any information about when it was going to be shipped out or when it would get here - I get a reply back that it will be shipped out in a few days that was on the 15th of November & here it is now December 1st & I haven't gotten any information or anything - saw their advertisement on Facebook & am not too happy about being scammed - they need to be turned in to the Better Business Bureau & made to pay back EVERY penny/dollar that they've taken from people & their business license needs to be revoked because if you're not going to do your job & give the customers what they pay for you DON'T need to be in business, whenever you take payment from people you've made a promise to them to follow through on getting what they paid for to them - people don't like being lied to! Where are you, in China???
*update* I received the lights & am aware that everyone is buying everything online now because of the virus so whenever buying anything online expect delays & backlog especially around the holidays. Merry Christmas & happy New Year everyone xx

How I wish I had read the reviews of others before I ordered an "automatic toothbrush" from this dreadful company. I see that one reviewer calls Binggo "corrupt". I agree. I waited ages for the item to arrive, when it did, I found it was useless. There is no way it could clean teeth thoroughly. I requested a refund, which I still have not received. The contact was at best condesending, at worst, downright rude. Eventually, after much chasing, they offered a refund of 50%. By this time, I just wanted it over, so accepted. Still waiting for it. Please don't order from this appalling company. They cannot be trusted.

This company is a Scam they take your money don’t ship you anything say your item was on back order and has now shipped.

I am really tired of all the excuses with the seller. If I wanted to pay for nothing? I would've donated to charity... DO NOT buy from this store. Never received my item. Absolutely no communication, and if you're lucky? You will get nothing but excuses. 😡😡😡👎👎 💯joke, crooks.

Made an order for a 40$ toothbrush jan 9 2020. Saw ad on facebook. Payment sent and confirmationmail recieved. Update mail recieved a couple days later with a trackingnr that stated ”shipping info sent in by company” - and stayed that way för 2 months. Contacted support - supportnc@dreamkai. com that first blamed shippingcompany then offered a gift as a compensation (I declined- only want ordered item). After another couple of weeks I wrote support that blamed customs (trackingnr still not updated) and finally 4months after orderconfirmation - I’m starting to realise I’ve been scammed. Latest reply from support was in such bad english that there is no other conclusion then that.

DO NOT use this scam of an online store. It has been 3 months since placing the order only to be given the generic response of "please pay attention to the tracking info". It hasn't been updated in those 3 months and keeps going all over the place. I have been e-mailing the "support team" about this issue for 2 months only to be told the same generic response, and only on ONE occasion was I told I could get $15 back as a refund and keep the product I ordered which is a $40 item. The product isn't coming and I am now in the process of suing them.

I paid for my item 2months ago and have never received it. When I contacted them they apologised and sent me an email to say it had now been shipped. I have still not received it so searched on the tracking number only to be informed that the tracking number does not exist.
