I have been trying to deposit several times but, with all the information they ask for, I have submitted. I even bought bitcom at their suggestion. My driver license was bad enough but, asking for my SS# is a bridge too far. Not in the shape the world is in these days, will I ever give my SS#. I will instead, take myself to an actual bingo hall.

Since bingo mania changed it website. It is very confusing. They advised a $10.000 game cannot find out what room and time it played.very dissatisfied. I have deposited my money and can find this information

Bingo Mania despite saying that all my account information would be transferred over to the new site and not to worry everything will be intact ! Well that isnt exactly the case here, someone changed my account from a regular account with not having to meet a play through to a bounus acct with a play through balance . They want me to complete a play through of over $13,000 I never asked for any bounuses when making deposits this information should have been provided at the very start , but it was not !!!! ...I have been a player here for over 20 years. I sent 3 emails and still no return answers ...I feel like I have been taken advantage of .

I used to like bingomania, but after the new update I will be moving on. They didn't keep any of the old slots. I dont see a information page about payout rules. Everything just seems so incomplete and the site is so slow. It was good while it lasted. *update* site seems to be updating with the features that made it enjoyable again. *update 3* site has went right back to having issues. Won a bingo game didn't get the money. Customer service is useless and email is down. If it wasnt ready it should've just stayed down.

I had previously wrote a review for them but wanted to update . I have been playing for weeks, spent thousands of dollars , no real winnings and still have an almost $100 balance owed to me I went to their site today , it's not working and when I contacted customer service they said they don't know when it will go back up. Or if it ever will. Then when I responded to the two emails , they came back like everything is shut down . If anyone else has outstanding balances owed to them , a class action lawsuit should be looked in to . A supposedly reputable business can't get away with taking users money . I was told by an affiliate site they removed themselves from the network . I really liked playing on Bingo Mania , customer service was always helpful I'd just like to know when I will get my balance that I was still playing paid to be while they work on their site or if it's like a 24 hour closure ? Users need some information .
UPDATE!!!: I just received an email letting users know of website improvements they are doing , so I will come back to post a 5 star rating when I can log on . But, if it's longer than 24 hours they should refund existing balances until play can happen again .
