I’m not sure why there are bad reviews unless people dont understand that you should read the terms and rules and its a game of chance. I read their rules and yes they are legit. I had a brief correction to take care of due to an error on my end and was met with a very kind and courteous staff who were very understanding and handled my unique situation with quality and compassion

I had a problem with my deposit. I contacted live chat and Chris helped me right away. He cleared up my deposit problem and even helped me to add my address and phone number in less than 5 mins!! That’s the fastest customer service I’ve received in a long time! I will definitely recommend to my friends!!

This website is a scam. I won $2000 on their slot games, cash money, and they refused to allow for a withdrawal. They said I would need to make a deposit to withdrawal. When I tried to deposit, the screen said I had too much cash to deposit. So, impossible to withdrawal if you win via slot games. Complete rip off. When I reported the issue, they removed all of the cash from my account and refused to answer me with anything relevant. They just quoted some crap about bonus money or something. I have screenshots of proof, but unable to post images here.

I love all the variety of bingo games here. And customer service is very helpful

This site lies. And the support people are less than helpful. They let you use free play sure. What they don't say is oops what ever you win you don't get to withdraw that. Instead you have to throw away your winning to deposit 25 and play through $875. Knowing very well that all they are doing is ripping people off and pocketing the money. And don't bother asking for help from support. Because they will just send fine print and tell you they can delete your winning and you can try to deposit again. A bunch of sorry money thieves that don't operate as a legitimate casino at all.

These reviews from some of these so called adults crack me up. This site is very transparent and their rules are clear and you have to agree to them before registering. If by chance you cannot read, learn, or if your too lazy to read, do not complain because your a lazy bum. Well, it was nice that they gave me $25 to play with OK but then I started winning and I won $150 when I went to try to cash it out he told me that I had not deposited money so I was not allowed to take the 150 out not fair sucks, so now I’m just playing out their money until I’m done I’m out of work I don’t have time to put money into their account so that I can just lose at all. It’s a scam.

So I deposit $30 of my own money on Bingo Village thinking that the playthrough would be one time the amount that I deposit like every other Casino. They then took it up on themselves to attach a bonus to my deposit. Luckily they were able to remove the bonus then I find out that the money I deposited has to be played through 35 times before I can withdraw any money so that is why I'm giving this negative review because I believe that is ridiculous it should be one time the deposit amount unless you take a bonus. So for me I will stay clear of bingo Village
