I am leaving again another review and this exchange refuses to help me. This customer service with one of the larger crypto exchanges out there is absolutely terrible. They don't care about their customers and their support is generic and unhelpful

The exchange deleted all of my PNL for every position I have, there response is to go through my transaction history to manual work out what my PNL

To go through over a years worth of trades to manual work out what my PNL is an absolute joke.

terrible service I don't no recommend this exchange instead use Binnacle or Bybit.

The BingX copy‐trading feature is a bit…

The BingX copy‐trading feature is a bit of fun, but until the spreads wreck every move. I moved $7800 of XRP to Fidexy last weekend, where I made $702 profit, just over 9%. That small amount of effort won out over a week of following so-called “experts.” After seeing that difference personally, I’m moving future XRP top‐ups to Fidexy directly instead of letting a bunch of strangers determine my strategy.

It was very bad

It was very bad. All the promotions didn't matter cause I waited 7 days until money will come to my account and everything expired to this date. I was mailing with them and they didn't want to do anything about it. Better Stay away from this. I am on Okx, Binance, Bybit and this is the worst. Also I had lifetime opportunity which this delay ruined.

After a successful trade

After a successful trade, a revocation was issued on the Bringx exchange due to an alleged demand for the return of funds and accusations of stolen coins and a scam. The trading account was restricted and the funds frozen. The exchange is not releasing the funds, and the seller is not responding to Böse's inquiries. The lawyer, state authority, and BaFin have been informed of the case.

I have been trading on BingX Platform…

I have been trading on BingX Platform since August 2024. I had no issues whatsoever. Initally I did withdrawals of small amounts without any issues or problems. Now I applied to withdraw all of the funds in my account and BingX came back with the response that I have to pay 17% tax before I would be able to withdraw any of my funds.

I asked BingX to duduct the tax amount from the profit or my deposits and refund the balance. They have refused that saying it is their policy the customers to pay tax first and then withdraw money.

I am curious to know if anyone was in a similar situation and paid the tax and BingX refunded all the funds. Or was there a situation even after paying the tax amount BingX did not refund the money. I am scared of doing this as the tax is a very large amount and BingX is not following a generally accepted accounting principles.

I am in a catch 22 situation. I now have to borrow the money to pay tax to be able to withdraw 100% of my money.

Any help from anybody will be greatly appreciated. I am also concerned the App BingX is the true BingX App and there is no fake App on internet that is operating like the genuine BingX Platform. Please help me clarify that I am not a victim of a scam.

Zero slippage and P2P enhanced.

I am particularly hooked because of their zero slippage, your stop is your stop no further liquidation. One thing that turned me off a bit is that they disabled P2P for my region, but I am glad the feature is back, now I use the CEX full time without holding back.

Their copy trading is pathetic, the morons they allow to represent them as "professional traders" are unskilled, incompetent and clueless gamblers who will very quickly lose you money.
If you try to withdraw your money and have lost access to your G2fa they will demand moronic hard to achieve proof of deposit via "video recording". They do their best to make it difficult to withdraw.

When withdrawing they state that the fee is a few dollars to withdraw to a crypto wallet, however, the price they give is not the exact market price, it is considerably lower.
I strongly recommend you avoid this company, If I had taken the time to check the trust pilot and had seen that 51% of their reviews are only 1 star I would have known to avoid this terrible company and saved myself hundreds of dollars of loss due exclusively to their hidden fees. BINGX is not created to enable you to learn, grow, earn and make a profit. BingX is designed to make BingX rich and screw you out of your hard-earned investment.
