Choosing Bink's was a good decision to create required safe rail guide for my build down into the garden. The glass balustrade finished the look and creates a safe environment good enough for Building Regs. James is dedicated to the best job possible in agreement with your needs. James Binks was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the purchase and installation of our glass balustrade. He listened carefully to what we required and answered all our questions positively and proactively.
We actually got three quotes and James gave us the a competitive one.

We had to wait much longer for the other quotes to arrive. James rang a few times to see if we had made a decision ( we hadn’t) but did not put any pressure on us to go with him.

The initial preparation for the glass went smoothly. Templates were created and final glass measurements taken. The glass itself was delayed from the manufacturer by several weeks. But it has now been installed satisfactorily and we are very happy with end result.

i was suprised that the balcony glass was not completely clear, having a slight green -blue tinge but james explained that this is due to the lamination process.

there was a slight glitch with the IT automatic appointment system but it was quickly sorted out . communication was excellent throughout .

When James came to visit us he talked us through all the process. His fitters came and did the first fit. When glass was ready they came back and fitted our new glass & stainless steel balustrade. Very efficient, polite, & an excellent job. Definitely recommend!!

Binks Balconies advert came up on Facebook, I was wary of this but asked them along to quote for our exterior glass balcony. I am so glad I did! From the first contact to arrange the initial visit right through to the finished installation their customer service, communication and care were excellent. An honest hardworking company who do a fantastic job at a fair price. I have been so impressed and would highly recommend them. My balcony also looks even better than expected. Smooth process from start to finish and we are really happy with the finished article.

I live in a block of 1970s-built apartments and the management decided our old balconies needed updating. There were 15 balconies in total that needed the upgrade and, for consistency, aesthetic impact and practicality, we chose stainless steel and glass.

Although Binks Balustrades were some distance away (80 miles) we felt that Binks had the specialist edge we were looking for. James came to our development in Wirral all the way from Bradford to discuss the project and carried out a survey. Each balcony had slightly different measurements so each balcony was surveyed separately for complete accuracy.

The date was set for commencing the project which happened without compromise. All three members of the Binks team were incredibly courteous and mindful of each residents' property. Their work was impeccable, and the results are sensationally good.

The project was completed within the time scale, despite some horrendous weather. These guys know exactly what they're doing. Binks weren't the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive, but cost wasn't our only criteria in choosing Binks... it was more about their expertise, knowledge and attention to detail that clinched the contract.

If you want the best balconies, the best job and exceptional value for money, Binks are the only choice in my opinion.
