Do not go near this company, absolutely shocking. Bill you for cleans that haven’t been done but refuse to listen to feedback. Then refuse to cancel your account because your in arrears, absolute joke 😂

I ordered my bin paid £63 which is a lot of money. It’s been over a week. No response. They do not answer their phones. No update regarding the delivery. I wish I read reviews before ordering.

I will be reporting you to the FCO for unlawful trading standards!!!

Update; after writing this review. SURPRISE! SURPRISE!! Guess what landed on my door step. A beautiful bin. I’m happy with the quality, no marks, chips or cracks.

Order a bin on 9th of September. After getting nothing, phoned, can't get through, email NOTHING in response. FInally someone called Emily writes 'Your order for the wheelie bin is with the carrier and scheduled to be delivered today for you.' on September 20th. Days pass, get nothing. Call again, told its going to get sorted, then....NOTHING. Email again asking for refund NOTHING. Its now nearly 3 weeks and these cowboys still have not responded other than an email saying my phantom bin will arrive today. I now just want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS,

Update: 28/09/
Recieved another email from them, full refund to be processed in 3 days, they said the delivery was marked as done on the 20.09 when it wasn't. I've upped the stars from 1 to 3 for this reason. We shall see if the refund for the bin turns up.

I cannot give 5 stars because I did encounter a problem with my order, which was damage caused in transit via Tuffnels. However, Bins Direct have earned every one of these four stars in the way they addressed and resolved the problem entirely to my satisfaction. I can recommend their products and I received excellent service once I had made them aware of the issue.

Ordered a wheelie bin and four 25ltr containers on March 4th. As of 19th March the 25 ltr containers finally arrived but with lids that don't fit and no wheelie bin.

Contacting the company they say the bin is due next week but I'm not holding my breath we've had no email confirmation. It took a week to receive and email stating the 25ltr containers were being processed so essentially they just sat on their hands doing nothing.

I wonder how many of the positive reviews are self generated? If our experiences are anything to go by I would suggest buying elsewhere.

update:

The wheelie bin arrived unannounced early one morning with the delivery driver apologising for an ill fitting lid saying it "will settle" after a while.

I contacted Binsdirect and they agreed to credit the cost of the 25ltr containers and also 25% of the wheelie bin. On that basis I've upped them to a 3 star from 1. Clearly there have been issues but I think they did the right thing in the end.

Anyone want some 25 litre containers with screw caps that don't fit.....

100% excellent service delivered before date given no hanging about put in place would recommend to everyone who needs there goods ,

Update: 10/10/20 - it arrived! (No despatch confirmation or anything - so if you have not heard - keep your ears peeled. The delivery driver did not knock - I just happened to hear the bleep of their delivery gizmo).
