I enrolled at Bin Yaber Institute and purchased the regular package 10 days ago. I’ve already completed the theory test, but no one has contacted me to schedule the road classes. Every time I follow up, I’m given excuses about heavy rainfall. The call center keeps saying that arranging classes is not their responsibility. The staff at the New Gold Souq branch only tell me to “wait and watch” and that I will receive a call soon. Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience 056-3647609

Customer service agents aren’t picking up and live chats also no one is available I was on live call holding for 30 minutes

Bin Yaber Driving Institute provides a well-organized and professional driving training experience. The registration process is smooth, instructors are knowledgeable, and the training is conducted in line with RTA requirements. Overall, a reliable institute for anyone looking to obtain a driving license with proper guidance and structured support.

The school is no were close to great. Practically impossible to get dates for lessons or tests. This should be ur project for life if you enroll here. You cannot schedule in advance .they sell u the world but after its sold its ur problem. Literally everytime u fail you have to wait 10 days. Its insane and I am on the highest package. Even with all classes the slots i get are at 10 at night . Impossible to get dates. Probably need to pay 15k and go for VIP might be better. I would not recommend them if your on a time constraint. Its been a very painfull experience. I would say before you pay get all your classes booked. Else its a nightmare.

It was an overwhelming experience yesterday when I finally got my driving license! I had been stuck with my previous driving school for a long time, and it caused me a lot of frustration. I was hesitant to enroll again in a new school, but with Mr. Reynaldo Lanuza’s guidance, he made me feel confident that Bin Yaber Driving School was the right choice for me—and he didn’t let me down.
My experience with Bin Yaber was truly amazing. Within just one month, I was able to complete my two pending RTA tests. I passed both the RTA parking and the RTA road test on the first attempt!
Huge thanks to Mr. Reynaldo (the only Filipino Instructor) for his patience, support, and dedicated teaching. And a huge thanks to Bin Yaber for the great services you are providing and the transparent, high-quality teaching. Highly recommended School!
