I have been using this company for a very long time. They have been excellent in their communication, always very responsive and reliable. They have never let me down. Their products are reasonably priced and their their delivery is always very fast through fedex. Will continue using them.

Ordered the anxiety meds, 100 in a box. Medicine works fawking great.

I’ve got what I need in a quick way, genuine product that have long due date. They are responsive for. I was skeptic at first but happy & satisfied after purchase.

The product I ordered from them was:
"ALINAMIN-F Fursultiamine tablets 60 mg for vitamin B1 deficiency (fursultiamine hydrochloride, vitamin B1)"
The communication with them was very good, they notified me that it was being delivered etc, I received it, all was good. But I then contacted the manufacturer which is on the package (Tsubame-Life) and asked them for the "specification sheet" for the product I purchased from "Bio Japan" called "Simply B1". They sent it to me and it states very clearly that it is "Thiamine Hydrochloride", which is most definitely not "fursultiamine hydrochloride".
I contacted "Bio Japan" and explained to them as I just explained here, I suggested they have made a mistake on there web page by promoting this thiamine as "fursultiamine hydrochloride" and it needs to be corrected, they didn't like me telling them this, and they haven't fixed the web page, therefore I don't know if the apparent deception was intentional or a mistake, if it's a mistake, why not admit it and make the correction, I didn't get nasty with them.

I'm in the United States and this is a Japan pharmacy. They have many medicine and it's a total legit pharmacy. My order is always packed well and there customer service is always great.

Very clear communications with customer service. The goods arrived fast with no delays. The delivery times are mentioned on the website and they are correct. Definitely buying again from this website.

My first ordered took almost two months to reach my country. My second ordered was never delivered and they stop responding to my email. I have been waiting for like 9 months now. Both orders cost me almost 2,000USD. I thought japanese is famous for their responsibility. This is the worst experience ever.

This a fraudulent company dealing with fraudulent financial institutions. My first order from this company worth of nearly $250 CDN was delivered, to save on shipping costs I placed a second ordered worth of nearly $630 CDN that never delivered! I asked a friend in Japan to search this website, a Russian name came up when tried the company URL in Japan.

Good, authentic pharmaceuticals. Prices for the essential basic medications are perhaps a little higher than some of the more popular Russian pharmacy sites, but if you're like me, the perceived quality of Japanese meds is a little bit higher also.

Payment is necessarily more complicated due to obvious regulatory hassle, but the process (using Wise) was smooth and the seller communicated promptly at every step. Payment was acknowledged within 24 hours. Took about a week before my items shipped, but the shipment method was very fast (FedEx International Priority to the USA).

I've heard a lot about this site. They seem to be legit, but their shipping times are said to be atrocious sometimes. From my experience though, they are pretty fast for international delivery. Mine took 16 days from shipping day, and payment to shipping was like 2 days. Not the fastest, but they certainly arrive on time.

Their customer service was friendly and replied within one day.

Only downside for me is that some of their stuff is really expensive. Apart from that, I can recommend this shop.
