Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service! Typical “i don’t care behavior” and too lazy to actually serve the customer and start investigating what can be improved.

My parcel showed delivered but i never received it. As by any trade law, the seller is responsible to investigate in case a parcel is lost and provide the solution. The only feedback since 1 week i receive from them is, “raise a claim with GLS”.
Typically laziness and not taking responsibility.
Very poor!
Never again

Terrible customer service and bad product

Terrible customer service. They took too long to respond and barely answered my questions. I still brought BPC-157, TB500 and CJC-1295 because of many positive reviews. However, please do not buy from them. Their products are dodgy and fake. It didn't help, and most importantly, it gave me such a bad rash and severe diarrhoea.

BPC157 and what else ??

I have ordered BPC157 and each time I take the pills I get really heavy headaches.
I contacted the support team and they just reply its all good and lab tested so I asked for a report and of course no answer since.
I am taking BPC157 for a while now and head never any Issues. I would be very cautious with this supplier.

Been into peptides for years and when I used Biolabs products I was so impressed with the quality. Literally the range and quality. E.g Adamax, your brain works on another level! Cardarine, I’m enjoying the workouts more, you just put so much into an exercise and it’s like cheating your not gased, everyone will be using peptides in the coming years. This quality on our door step 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Absolutely phenomenal range of quality…

Absolutely phenomenal range of quality peptides, nootropics, beauty care and supplements. I have used a large variety of different products from Biolabs and can 10000% recommend them as first class, fast postage and extremely helpful when needing information via webchat. Thanks so much guys for providing these products that really work
