From order to shipment took 5 weeks. No proactive communication about it, slow and hardly apologetic response to my email reminders. I requested to hold the shipment eventually when we were on vacation. They fully ignored that request. Dreadful experience...
22 days ago I purchased wine from Bio-Weinkiste.de.
Amount 211.5 EUR
Order no. B46751.
They deducted the amount 4 days after the purchase
I have not received the wine.
I have sent 3 reminders both via bio-weinkiste.de's mail adress and via the homepage for a status on the order but I have not received one single answer!!
I can't help but consider bio-weinkiste.de as a scam company.
