I ordered on a Monday. Got an email it was shipped but actual shipped on the next Thursday. With USPS snail mail I received it on the following Monday. I was hoping that I would have it Wednesday or Thursday, not 7 days later. There products are awesome and they do work. Will buy again before I have an urgent need just have a few on hand incase.

the product did not take all of the musky odor away. it made it better but I had hoped for more.

Works as advertised. Eliminated all old cigarette smell in used truck I bought. I tried an ionizer with little effect before trying this. Also had tried baking soda, Hunt Scent removal spray and vinegar with no luck. This product did the trick!

I used the product exactly as the instructions said to. I used one container for each room of the apartment, opened all closet and cabinet doors, blocked all sunlight, turned off the A/C. We let it do its thing for well over 24 hrs. Came home to a pretty intense chlorine type smell, so we aired out the apartment as instructed. Once the shocker odor dissipated, we realized the original odor in our apartment was still there. Even worse, a couple of the cups had exploded the product all over the floor, even the tray we placed underneath couldn't protect it. Worst use of over $80.

Biocide eliminated the dead mouse odor in our car. After use the car smelled fresh and clean again.

Quick delivery! Product worked to get rid of the cigarette smell in a used car I bought, but the after smell is not that pleasant. Not near as bad as the smoke smell, but not really clean smelling to me.

I've ordered twice from this company. They shipped out my order in a timely manner. Product works like it should. I put one room shocker in my 30yr old RV. Now it smells fresh and less like a 30yr old farm truck. I was expecting a stronger chlorine smell after 10 hours, but not so. The smell was no stronger than a public indoor pool. Then went away once the container was gone. RV still smells fresh 3 months in storage. I use the room shocker to freshen up my home for expected overnite guests. I have a lot of pets.

Have used Biocide aerosol in past and it worked perfectly with zero residual odor. This product, "Room Shocker" was recommended for rooms "up tp 400 square feet", and was deployed in a 1500+ square foot basement apartment. After 48 hours, then several hours of open door/window ventilation, the STRONG chlorine odor is persistent. It even found its way to the upstairs apartment as well. As I write this review, I feel like I'm standing over a swimming pool. I do not recommend!

Unbelievable; this product does do everything it claims. I was skeptical but this stuff just works. Customer for life.

I buy cars at auction and sometimes they come with a unpleasant smell be it cigarette smoke Rodent infestation or just plain body odor. Just for fun I tried a meguirs's product odor neutralizer was absolutely horrible car smelled like a Walmart perfume aisle. One treatment Biocide! See you later perfume/cigarettes!
