Poorly and cheap made orthotics

My husband and I purchased so called custom orthotics from biocorrect in GR, Mi. $450 each. Very cheap and poorly made orthotics. Ever time we called Stacey yelled at us. She said we complained too much about the insoles that didn't fit. Erin told my husband not to come back after two visits of unlimited available visits. They couldn't help anymore. His insoles never fit. I went back 4 times. My insoles never fit. I was told by Dawn I had arthritis first in my knee and the in my foot. We went to another company no arthritis anywhere. We no longer have any problems. Out $900.
