Good safe alternative

We’re pleased to hear you appreciate our Home & Garden Cleaner as a safe and effective alternative. It means a lot to us that you choose Bio-D for your cleaning needs.
I didn’t get much use of this as it left a streak on the tiles for mopping. I did use it as a spray bottle and still have plenty left now after a year passed. It did leak on the way but the customer service team sent one right away with next day delivery. Impressive service!

Thank you for your review and for highlighting our customer service, we’re so glad we could resolve the issue quickly!
We appreciate your feedback about mopping. Our Home & Garden Cleaner is really versatile, and many customers use it in different ways: a capful down the kitchen drain to help neutralise odours, on skirting boards to clean and deter spiders, on muddy wellington boots, and much more. Hopefully, these ideas help you get even more use out of your 5L bottle!
Thanks again for your support.

I have used this product before and like it for general outdoor cleaning jobs, e.g. cleaning out the compost bin. It's less sudsy than the Bio-D Multi-surface Cleaner, it doesn't seem harsh on my hands and has a pleasant mild minty scent. I've bought the 5lt bottle so that I can re-fill my 1lt bottle as required.

Excellent eco option. Had a problem with this leaking very slightly in transit. Mentioned in previous review - customer service rang me same day to follow up, and refunded the cost of the item. Excellent customer service. Good company on many levels.
