I choose Bio-D products because they…are septic tank friendly
I choose Bio-D products because they are septic tank friendly and I can cut down on packaging by refilling my existing containers.The orders come quickly and well packaged.I would like to be able to buy 10 litre containers of products that I use more such as laundry liquid and washing up liquid but this is only a minor issue.Thanks for some great products,recently tried the cleaning bar to remove some bird strike on white bedding and it worked a treat,fantastic!

Usual High Quality
Usual high quality products that I’ve grown used to. As a returning customer ordering was super easy. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery by Royal Mail who damaged the packaging. Not the fault of Bio-D as original packaging looked strong and secure.

Hi, since you didn't reply to my request,
i had to call the post office for them to give me the adress from that picture you sent me.
i never aked for any "safeplace" for my parcel to get delivered to.
i went there, the person who lives there said she hasn't seen any parcel.
" i'll ask the neighboor " she said.
this situation is ridiculous.
on the post office website, they ask me to contact the sender for my claim.
this is my front door. 2/1 170 prospecthill road G429LH.

Packaging
The products are always very good quality. However, I felt that putting four 5L containers in the same box was too much (weight wise). The tape on the bottom of the box had broken as well which didn’t help. I think two 5L containers per box would be more helpful for both couriers and customers.

We’re sorry to hear that the packaging caused concern in this instance. The box used is one of our standard heavy-duty cartons and is printed with “over 15kg” as a guide. With our chosen courier DX, we can deliver up to 25kg per box, and we do this intentionally as it is a more efficient approach – helping to reduce emissions and minimise excess packaging.
We completely understand your point regarding the four 5L containers in one box. While this configuration is within our approved shipping limits, we appreciate that it can feel heavy when handling. Your suggestion of two per box is helpful, and we will certainly take this into consideration when reviewing our packing configurations and their impact on CO2 emissions.
Regarding the damaged tape on the base of the box, we’ve checked the delivery image provided by DX and, as the tape isn’t clearly visible, it’s difficult for us to determine exactly what occurred in transit. However, we will share this feedback with our wider team so we can review and reinforce our packing and sealing processes moving forward.
