BUYER BEWARE! I tried this product for 35 days and used it as directed. NOTHING, not even a hint of fading. I contacted the company via email (as that is the only way to do it) and a week later they have yet to respond. Leaving them a poor review on their website is not possible as they screen all the reviews and only post the glowing review/testimonials.
My order was not received and I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to ask to resend to or refund my money and they have not replied. It has been over 3 weeks that I have been trying to resolve this.
They are a scam!!! Please do not order from them. They have No phone number, you can’t get a refund!! & nobody responds to emails. I got scammed out of nearly $100 dollars!!!
Purchased two different skin products from them. They were both completely ineffective. I now discover that they have thousands of reviews, but there isn't a way to leave a review. I now believe that the reviews are not trustworthy. The products do not have any satisfaction or return options. I was duped.
Scam website, do not fall for it. I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes after placing an order, but there’s no one there to help. I was so desperate to find something for my melasma and stumbled on this website which seemed legit. I wish I had read the complaints from customers from Scampulse who had the same experience as myself before ordering. I usually read the bad reviews or complaints first before the rave reviews, but didn’t do it for this website, it was a big mistake! Please stay away from this website for you own sake!
