⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE – SCAM ⚠️

I placed an order on Biolab Shop and followed every step correctly.
After making the payment by bank transfer, I contacted them directly on WhatsApp because my bank did not allow the underscore in the transfer reference. I therefore used the exact same reference without the underscore and asked them if this would be an issue.

Their answer was literally: “Hello, this should be totally fine.”

A few moments later, I suddenly received an email saying that my order had been cancelled by the seller. No explanation. No proof of refund. No follow-up. Since then: complete silence.

What is even more suspicious is that many other people report the exact same experience here on Trustpilot. And the only excuse Biolab seems to use is saying that customers “did not order from the real website”.

That is completely false in my case.

I literally accessed their website through the Trustpilot link itself, created an account, received official emails, and even had direct WhatsApp conversations with their verified business account. Everything looked legitimate until the payment was made.

No product shipped. No refund confirmation. No proper explanation.

At this point, this honestly looks like a fake store designed to take payments and then disappear behind vague excuses and cancelled orders.

Please do not risk your money on this website. There are way too many identical stories for this to be a coincidence

Bank transfers can sometimes take a few business days to be fully received and allocated on our side, especially depending on the bank and payment provider.

Please send us the PDF confirmation of the transaction again on WhatsApp, and we will quickly locate the payment manually.

The cancellation email was sent automatically because all bank transfer orders are accepted manually after the payment is verified, which is completely normal for this payment method.

We are not scammers, and we kindly ask for a little patience if there is a delay in replies. We currently handle hundreds of customer messages, and at the moment only one person is managing WhatsApp support, so responses can sometimes take longer.

Please message us again on WhatsApp with your order number and payment confirmation so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I have had the worst experience with biolabshop.com

I have had the worst experience with this company that I have had with one in years. Not only is their website not at all easy to navigate, it is really hard to find the products unless you know the name of it, and then when I finally found it I was unable to pay for it. So they asked me to wait after I had already been dealing and waiting with them for days because I didn't know that the website had canceled my order so I waited until Wednesday which was yesterday, and added more things to my cart but once again tried to pay for it and could not pay for it. And then to be treated so rude when the problem wasn't my problem it was their problem but they treated me like I was doing something wrong. Just rude and short and their customer service is absolutely awful!! This all started on the 4th of May and today is now the 15th. No issue was ever resolved.
I'm not sure where I can paste a copy of my account to show the canceled order and then the two other orders that would not go through either time I tried. So frustrating!!

I highly recommend these guys

I highly recommend these guys. I’ve ordered from them around five times now, and honestly, I have nothing bad to say.

First of all, they often run discount campaigns, which is a nice bonus. But the most important thing for me is the quality of the products. You can really tell the difference.

I’ve recommended them to several friends already. One friend had been dealing with shoulder pain for almost three months. He had seen doctors, tried medications, done tests, and nothing really helped. About three weeks ago, I recommended the Wolverine Stack and even gave him some of mine to try. I met him again last Friday, and he was incredibly happy because he could finally start training again.

Customer service has also been excellent. One time UPS never delivered my package, and they resent it free of charge without any hassle. Another time, I had specifically booked home delivery because I had injured my leg, but UPS still dropped it at a pickup point. I contacted them, and they helped solve the situation quickly.

They are also very responsive on WhatsApp, which I really appreciate.

At this point it almost sounds like I work for them, but I genuinely don’t. I’m just very satisfied with both the quality and the support. If you’re interested in peptides and unsure about quality or reliability, I can definitely recommend them.

Biolab rip off

Basically ordered, given details for bank transfer, paid.
Then nothing, no delivery confirmation, contacting through their UK support, sent all details of proof, then 3 days later an email from Biolab saying order cancelled.
100% worst service, looks like a scam.
Order was placed through Biolab.eu! Not the UK, But it's a UK WhatsApp number for support. It is their official European site.

Unfortunately, this order was definitely not placed through the official Biolab website. We would kindly ask not to leave negative reviews on our official Trustpilot profile when purchases were made through scam websites pretending to be our company.
At the moment, there are currently three scam websites operating in the UK that are impersonating Biolab and misleading customers. Please note that on our official UK website we do not offer bank transfer payments at all. The only payment method we currently use for UK orders is Amazon Pay.
If you were asked to make a bank transfer, then unfortunately the purchase was not made with the official Biolab store.
We are very sorry that this situation happened to you, however this is unrelated to our official company and customer service.

They have started using Amazon pay, nothing but problem after problem and they will not confirm my order and tell me it has been processed. Until they stop using Amazon pay I’d go elsewhere. Last order duplicated three times and no customer service to confirm my order. 🤬🤬

We’re sorry to see this review, however a lot of the information written here is simply incorrect. Our customer support team did reply to your messages and actively tried to help and verify the payment attempts on our side.
Amazon Pay is a third-party payment provider. If Amazon itself declines, suspends, or does not authorize a payment, this is unfortunately not something the store can manually override. That decision is made directly by Amazon Pay and/or the customer’s bank/card provider.
Regarding the “three duplicated orders” — if multiple payment attempts are made, Amazon Pay may temporarily show multiple authorization attempts. This does NOT mean multiple successful charges. Failed or cancelled authorizations are automatically reversed/refunded by Amazon.
We understand payment issues can be frustrating, but it is unfair to leave a 1-star review suggesting there was “no customer service” when our support team did respond and tried to assist throughout the process.

High-quality peptides as recommended by…

High-quality peptides as recommended by my clinicians.

I have a chronic illness and over the last year have been in treatment centres around Europe. Biolabshop is the one place all my various clinicians have recommended to buy peptides from. I've been getting them since Jan 2026, and over the last few months, I have noticed very positive results from DSIP and LL37.
The customer service is also very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommended!

Dud, ineffective peptides

Completely dud peptides (2 types - PT-141 and Kisspeptin-10). Followed protocol to the letter (straight in the fridge when the vials arrived, mixed carefully according to instructions, finished product stored in fridge, etc.) yet zero effect despite the same products from other providers having a noticeable effect. Also ordered MT 2, zero hope that that will be effective either. Not sure if fakes, expired or badly stored before they were sent. Waste of £100. Very disappointed.

Took my money, sent no product, taken two weeks chasing, still no product

I ordered and it wasn't received. Biolab told me that the order wasnt issued as payment was declined, it wasn't and my bank told me during a call it was taken. I contacted them again as they took my money providing all details to rectify their error including payment reference and order no. After taking a day then coming back telling me to prove the payment rather than checking the details already shared, they blanked me another day or so and following chasing, eventually responded to they are shipping the order from 2 weeks ago. I have used them fine in the past, the order did come in the end but it was a very dissapointing experience. There was no apology and it damaged my trust in the company.
