Irreplaceable vendor in the EU

This vendor has peptides that are rarely available in the EU. I have been consistently ordering KPV peptide from them, it's the real stuff for sure. I also have tried their oral BPC-157, Kanna and others, never was disappointed with quality of the product. Price is also good, especially if you order in bigger batches to have free delivery and also use their promo codes. Recommend them and hope they continue to be a strong stand in the market.

Excellent products

Excellent products, third party lab tested, fast delivery, and very responsive customer service. I've spent thousands with them, never disappointed. Don't listen to the negative comments, they're probably just the competition trying to undermine them, just try them out for yourself and you will see.

Beware!! Fraud

I have no issues with the biolab products however, since using their payment method I have now had two fraudulent attempts on my bank account, both have occurred days after purchase. Until they change their payment system I will not use them again

Avoid Biolabshop—Deceptive Business Practices, Potentially Fake and Unsafe Products

I’ve been purchasing peptides and supplements from Biolabshop since late 2022. Initially, their products seemed reliable, but by mid-2024, product effectiveness drastically declined, raising serious concerns about their authenticity.

Expensive products such as Dihexa, intended for cognitive enhancement, were particularly troubling. Despite the high cost, multiple bottles provided no noticeable benefit whatsoever, essentially acting as placebos. Similarly, their GLP-1 analogues and methylene blue showed clear signs of tampering or dilution. Before July 2024, their methylene blue reliably caused urine discoloration, a known marker of authenticity. Post July 2024, this effect abruptly vanished, strongly suggesting deliberate dilution or removal of active ingredients for profit.

Other customers share similarly concerning experiences, consistently describing Biolabshop’s products as “fake,” “placebos,” or outright “blanks.” On various online forums, users noted, “I felt absolutely nothing,” even when using significantly increased dosages. One customer mentioned, “I threw away hundreds of pounds worth of bottles, completely useless,” clearly illustrating the extent of financial and potential health risks associated with their products.

Biolabshop’s third-party testing claims are highly questionable. They reference verification by a Polish laboratory, Analiza Białek, yet their Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are consistently outdated, selectively presented, or unavailable for independent verification. The inability to confirm these tests independently further indicates potentially fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Their customer service adds another layer of distrust. Their website includes blatantly fake contact numbers like “123 123 123,” while other listed numbers rarely lead to actual customer support. Emails and inquiries about refunds or product effectiveness are routinely ignored or met with significant delays. Furthermore, criticisms posted on social media platforms frequently get deleted, and dissatisfied customers are often blocked, silencing legitimate concerns.

Moreover, their Trustpilot profile raises serious suspicion. An unusual surge of numerous positive 5-star reviews on a single day suggests blatant manipulation intended to drown out genuine negative experiences from real customers.

Biolabshop aggressively relies on influencer marketing, employing reputable brand ambassadors who benefit financially from promoting their products. Such endorsements should not be taken as evidence of authenticity or effectiveness. Potential buyers should remain skeptical, as these influencers have financial incentives and their experiences may not reflect typical user outcomes.

Considering these extensively documented issues, ineffective or potentially harmful products, questionable third-party verification, manipulative customer service practices, and suspicious review patterns, it is clear Biolabshop engages in unacceptable and possibly dangerous business practices.

Ask yourself: is this acceptable behavior from any reputable business? For your safety, finances, and health, I strongly recommend sourcing products from transparent, trustworthy suppliers. Avoid Biolabshop, and consider reporting them to consumer protection authorities or appropriate regulatory bodies.

Multiple time buyer here.

I've used these guys multiple times for various peptide orders.

Every time bar the latest order, there has never been an issue.

That said, even with the issue on the latest order, it was not their fault, they reached out promptly and looked into the issue, found the problem and have since resolved it in a matter of house (royal mail issue).

The products they produce are very high quality, have had great results with everything Ive tested.

5*, best peptide shop in the UK in my opinion.

Awful service and terrible customer service

After almost 4 weeks of checking the tracking system on their website and my order not arriving, I emailed their support email on 2 occasions, with no reply I used the chat support on their website, the chat support guy said he would sort it only to then disappear and not reply to multiple message again spread over 2 more days.

When someone finally decided to get in touch with me via whatsapp they told me the parcel had been sent back due the courier stating my address was incorrect, which is completely false.

My address is fully verifiable on all maps and really easy to find. The courier did not call me or whatsapp me, but instead sent an email which ended up in my junk folder.

Biolabs customer support chose to blame everyone else for this bad service instead of owning the problem. They were rude whilst communicating and often sent me writing in Polish by mistake. I assume they operate from Poland but ship from UK or have Polish support staff, not sure but still very unprofessional.

They finally decided to refund me but minus €35 for the delivery that they messed up.

I’m an online business owner myself running multiple styles of ecom and digital product businesses and if my customer support dealt with customer the way these guys do, I’d be embarrassed and the staff would be dismissed,

I’d stay away from this company and use a reputable company like DN Labs or UAE Peptides for European peptide products.

To add to Biolabs response below where they are once again deflecting all blame. They NEVER ONCE emailed me or replied to my emails. They were not in junk as they did not reply. The tracking link they sent me shows an update timeline on their own website. Which was stuck on “in transit” for 3 weeks with no other tracking details for me to view.

My address is 100% correct and verifiable on Google & Apple Maps. And once again when I asked them to verify it themselves, they stopped communicating because they won’t admit they are wrong. The customer service gets worse and worse. Read their reply below to see what you’re dealing with!
