i have tried to cancel this since the end of January. i did not realize i had signed up for a subscription or i would have never ordered this. There is no place online to cancel subscription. they have not responded to multiple emails. I woulr not recommend these products ever.

Numerous attempts to cancel/stop BiologyPets cat treats order via your "contact us" over the past month have fallen on deaf ears. A "reply to this email" is undeliverable. As I politely tried to explain in the first contact: 1) My cats cannot possibly consume the quantity of treats you have sent each month 2) cannot find a place to change or delay shipment when I'm going to be away for weeks 3) when I ordered the first time it was not obvious that it would be a monthly subscription.now a button appears "one time only" but it might be fake 4) shipped from China???

Scam. I would never order from them again. The treats took over 2 months to get here, and packages are small, especially considering the price. I wrote 3 emails to them throughout the months saying to cancel the order (as it was taking so long) and they never replied. Do not waste your money!

I received the product, my cats would not eat it. I have emailed them several times. No reply. I want a refund. Does anyone know how to contact them?

If I could give 0, I would. They say money back guarantee, but only have an email address to contact them, and they do not respond to it.

After 3 weeks, I have not received this order. Requested a refund! No response. Tracking number no good. Will be notifying my credit card company card company in the am. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Biologypets is pretty quick to take your money, but they ghost you when you want to claim their money-back guarantee on their products. I ordered two packs of their Tummy & Teeth treats for my cat, and their website clearly says they have a "30-Day 'No-Mess' Guarantee" on this product. The site says, "If you're not fully satisfied within 30 days, we'll issue you a full refund, no questions asked."

After just a couple days, I realized my cat would not eat the treats, so I emailed them asking them for the refund. I got no response. A week later I wrote to them again. No response. I then filled out their customer service "Contact Us" form, and got no response. I ended up contacting my credit card company for a reversal of the charge.
