Mixed feelings
The customer service response time was great.
I just dont agree with their policies. I purchased 3 bottles nad by the 3 bottle I didn't see any difference. When I tried to ask for a refund for the second shipment they told but I couldn't get a refund cause it was part of the special pricing.
That makes no sense to pay for another 3 bottles even with special pricing.

DO NOT do business with this company. THey have the worst customer service. They will ding you if you want a refund and charge you $9 to ship items back and then they will tell you your product was damaged and not give you your full refund. They also can do simple math. I was told I would receive $121.70 (after the $9 shipping was deducted. I packaged everything very carefully, took pictures and a video of each bottle and provided that to them when I asked about my refund. I was told 1 of the bottles was damaged and therefore I would only get $76.73 back. I had to go back to them and tell them if I sent back 5 bottles and was initially told I was getting $121.70 then divide that by 5 and you get $24.34 per bottle multiply that by 4 and my refund should be $97.36. Still waiting to see if they do the right thing. I shouldn't have to haggle for this kind of thing. They are in the business of making it so difficult to get a refund that you give up. There are better probiotics out there and with MUCH better customer service. Don't do business with them.

Don’t Buy Them!
The products don’t do what they say they will do to begin with. I canceled my subscription and then 6 months later, I was charged again. The customer service reps said there was nothing they could do about it. Don’t waste your money!
Update on 9/10 I’m on day 4 or 5 now trying to get this stupid subscription cancelled that I had already cancelled months ago and every single service rep just continues to say the same thing. They are useless and I’m spending way too much time dealing with this. Trust me, don’t buy from them!

I believed them because they seem to Care!
I believed them because they seem truly concerned about women’s health. I like the timed released way of the pill so it doesn’t hurt my stomach. They are the only ones that had several reasons for urinary incontinance that made sense.

My experience was constipation, didn’t curb cravings, my left foot swelled and I had a scan to check for blood clots (fortunately no clots) and I didn’t lose one lousy pound!
In order to get the lower price, I signed for the subscription. I stopped taking it before I finished the first batch. I asked for a refund on the second unopened bottles and they FLAT OUT REFUSED to refund or accept the return of their product. In the first batch of pills there was 59 in each bottle instead of 60. They offered to send me a free bottle after I told them twice I stopped taking it. They did refund the price of 1 bottle.
It’s a sham! Do not buy this product!
